Solid wood flooring is a traditional product with an early development in China flooring industry. Because it is directly processed from natural wood, it has the characteristics of natural beauty, warm in winter and cool in summer, non-toxic, good foot feeling and noble, and is favored by consumers. It has always been one of the leading products in the wood floor industry. Especially in recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards and the vigorous development of interior decoration industry, the production and sales of solid wood flooring are also gradually expanding. The species used in solid wood flooring have also developed from oak, birch, Fraxinus mandshurica and other species to dozens of imported species, which greatly meet the needs of society and people's lives. However, there are many quality problems in the use of solid wood flooring, which are embodied in the following aspects:
① Distortion; ② The floor clearance is too large; 3 arching; (4) the floor height difference is too large; ⑤ The floor is corrugated; (3) cracks appear in the floor; ⑤ The paint film falls off, cracks and wrinkles; ③ The floor is discolored.
The reasons are mainly caused by three aspects: pavement quality, floor quality and improper use. The specific reasons are as follows:
① The main reasons for floor deformation are as follows: a. The wood used to make the floor is not suitable; B. Improper processing technology and materials; . The control of floor moisture content is uneven or the floor moisture content is not suitable for the environmental requirements of the place of use.
② The reasons for the excessive floor gap are: a. The floor moisture content is too high; B. The indoor environment is too dry; C. The floor laying quality is not high, which causes the floor to move.
(3) The reasons for the floor arching are as follows: a. There is not enough gap between the floor and the wall foundation when paving; B. When crossing the bridge is not done or done, there is not enough room gap; . When laying, the floor moisture content is too low; D. The floor of the room is soaked by water due to water leakage; E. the ground is wet or the keel wood is wet.
④ The reasons for excessive floor height difference are: a. Uneven ground; B. uneven keel laying; C. large deviation of floor thickness; D. floor deformation; E. the mortise and tenon treatment of the floor does not match.
⑤ Causes of corrugated floor: a. When the floor is laid, the cement floor is uneven and the water content of the keel is too high; B. the indoor environment is dry; . The floor moisture content is too high; D. The indoor humidity is too high and the floor moisture content is low.
③ The reasons for cracks in the floor are as follows: a. The nature of wood is not suitable for wood flooring; B. The wood floor has high moisture content, dry indoor environment and low humidity.
③ The reasons for peeling, cracking and wrinkling of paint film are as follows: a. The paint performance is not suitable for the board type in this area, so that the adhesion between paint film and wood can not meet the use requirements and peeling occurs; B. The toughness of the paint film can't meet the change of natural swelling and drying shrinkage of wood, resulting in cracking and wrinkling of the paint film; C. The poor adhesion between the top coat and the primer causes the top coat to peel off; D unscientific coating process leads to peeling, cracking and wrinkling of paint film; E. The high moisture content of the floor leads to wrinkling and peeling of the paint film; F. Low water content of the floor leads to cracking or peeling of the paint film; Due to the harsh indoor environment, if the indoor environment is too dry or too wet, the paint film will be damaged.
③ The main reasons of floor discoloration are: a. The discoloration of wood itself caused by external environment such as sunshine and indoor air environment; B. paint changes caused by external environment; C. changes caused by chemical reaction between paint and wood.
If you want to avoid quality problems in floor use, you must do the following:
1. When the floor is laid, the ground, wall surface and wall foundation should be kept dry.
The ground should be flat.
3. The keel and liner used shall be dry, and the moisture content shall not exceed the local equilibrium moisture content.
4 keel plane to level off.
It is best to lay a plastic film on the floor before laying it.
6. The moisture content of the wood floor should be within the standard range and should not exceed the local equilibrium moisture content.
7. For manufacturers, it is necessary to scientifically select tree species for the floor. For tree species that are not suitable for flooring, they must not be used.
8. Due to different tree species, the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of wood are also different, so the factory should test when selecting coatings. Confirm the adaptability of the coating to this material, select the coating scientifically, and ensure that the coating meets the performance.
9. When laying the wooden floor, sufficient expansion joints should be reserved between the floor and the wall base and at the door according to the room size.
10. In the process of floor laying, try not to use water-soluble adhesive, so as to avoid water absorption, expansion and deformation of the floor;
1 1 Never fix the keel with cement when driving the keel.
12. The indoor environment should not be too dry or too humid, especially in winter in the north. Try to keep a certain humidity indoors to prevent the wood floor from cracking and deformation.
13. When cleaning the floor, try not to mop the floor with dripping water.
14. Avoid exposing the floor to strong sunlight to prevent discoloration, deformation and cracking of the floor.
