The School of Software of Shenyang Normal University has eight hundred-person computer rooms, two professional network engineering laboratories, four multimedia language laboratories, 1 training laboratories, as well as digital circuit laboratories, EDA laboratories, analog circuit laboratories, single chip microcomputer and interface laboratories, and e-commerce laboratories. Broadband internet access, wireless internet access is available anywhere in the teaching building.

Liaoning Software Open Laboratory is located in Software College of Shenyang Normal University. The college has also set up international training and certification examination centers for Microsoft and Cisco, Sun's JAVA and Oracle Bone Inscriptions.
