Midea College Training Activities
From the very beginning, the work of Midea College received strong internal support, from the decision-making level of the group to the human resources system, training system, and the attention and support of employees, which made the college work have a relatively good environment from the very beginning. The college also organized and planned some activities. We always believe that the most important thing for enterprise colleges is "software", not "hardware". In the early stage, the college planned and organized "expert lectures", "lectures by famous teachers", "learning management from multinational companies" and various activities such as theme training, office lecturer training, English learning, internal communication, debate competitions and so on. According to preliminary statistics, the number of trainees reached 5000, which was recognized by most employees in terms of training effect. Through these activities, a systematic and pioneering training idea was initially established, because it was impossible. On the one hand, we will continue our previous work and deepen some special lectures and training activities. On the other hand, we should continue to strengthen the learning exchange of internal training system, pay attention to the improvement of internal training, create an atmosphere of internal training exchange and learning, and promote the inheritance, accumulation and sharing of internal training knowledge. We also hope that by organizing training activities, we can cooperate with the Group's four efforts to promote and manage reform. The college will also make full use of these hardware environments to carry out more training activities and management activities, so that Midea College will become a gathering place for internal employees to study, exchange and spare time activities, and become a favorite place for employees.
