What can I learn during the store manager training? Take Tesco's express convenience store as an example, which is divided into three stages. The first stage is to experience employees' work, which is used to familiarize employees with their job functions in various positions, including cashier, tally, noodle display, warehouse sorting, price tag printing, store cleaning, commodity promotion, clearance and so on. The second stage is to experience the work of inventory manager, which is used to learn ordering, inventory checking, inventory correction and so on. The third stage is to experience the work of the supervisor on duty, which is used to learn vault management, store opening and closing process, employee management, scheduling and so on.
