I. General requirements

(1) All health and family planning professionals working in medical and health institutions at or above the county level shall have an annual academic record of not less than 25 credits;

(two) township hospitals, community health service centers (stations) health and family planning professional and technical personnel annual academic performance of not less than 20 credits;

(three) the annual academic performance of rural doctors is not less than 8 credits.

(four) senior medical and health professional and technical personnel of provincial medical and health institutions and tertiary hospitals receive national continuing medical education credits of not less than 3 points each year.

Two, all kinds of health and family planning professional and technical personnel credit specific requirements

(1) Provincial medical and health institutions

The annual academic performance of intermediate and above health and family planning professional and technical personnel is not less than 25 credits. Among them, class I credits are not less than 15 points; Class II credits shall not be less than 10 (self-study credits shall not exceed 3 points).

The annual academic performance of professional and technical personnel of primary health and family planning is not less than 25 credits. Among them, the class I credit is not less than 10; Class II credits shall not be less than 15 (self-study credits shall not exceed 3 points).

(two) city (state) level medical and health institutions.

Senior health and family planning professional and technical personnel's annual academic performance is not less than 25 credits. Among them, class I credits are not less than 15 points; Class II credits shall not be less than 10 (self-study credits shall not exceed 3 points).

Junior high school health and family planning professional and technical personnel's annual academic performance is not less than 25 credits. Among them, the class I credit is not less than 10; Class II credits shall not be less than 15 (self-study credits shall not exceed 3 points).

(3) County-level medical and health institutions

Senior health and family planning professional and technical personnel's annual academic performance is not less than 25 credits. Among them, the class I credit is not less than 10; Class II credits shall not be less than 15 (self-study credits shall not exceed 3 points).

Junior high school health and family planning professional and technical personnel's annual academic performance is not less than 25 credits. Among them, class I credits are not less than 5 points; Class ii credits are not less than 20 points (self-study credits are not more than 3 points).

(4) Township hospitals and community health service centers (stations)

All health and family planning professional and technical personnel have an annual academic record of not less than 20 credits, and they are not required to obtain Class I credits, and the self-study credits are not more than 5 points.

(five) rural doctors, with an annual credit of not less than 8 credits, and are not required to obtain Class I credits.

Article 7? New medical and health professional and technical personnel shall, in principle, refer to the requirements for credits of primary titles before obtaining primary titles.

Article 8? With the approval of the unit, those who participate in academic degree education and pass the annual academic performance within the prescribed period of study are deemed to have completed the annual credits.

Article 9? After graduation, those who participate in standardized training for residents, specialists, general practitioners, nurses and pharmacists and pass the annual assessment or graduation assessment shall be deemed to have completed the credits of the year.

Article 10? Approved by the unit, to participate in health support for agriculture, counterpart support, aid to Xinjiang, Tibet, foreign aid medical teams or to study in other units (including training abroad), and to pass the examination for more than 3 months (inclusive), it is deemed to have completed the credits of the year; Those who have participated for less than 3 months will be awarded 6 credits every 1 month. There is no difference between grade one and grade two credits.

Article 11? The credits obtained from participating in distance continuing medical education throughout the year shall not exceed 10 credits (including Class I credits and Class II credits).

Article 12? The first and second types of credits cannot be substituted for each other.

It should be noted that during the epidemic period, the country adjusted the credit requirements for continuing medical education. Therefore, during the epidemic period, the credit requirements of continuing medical education in Sichuan Province shall be subject to the notice of the administrative department of continuing medical education of the unit.
