Material requirements:
Brake disc adopts domestic gray cast iron 250 standard, referred to as HT250, which is equivalent to American G3000 standard.
The requirements of three elements in chemical composition are: C: 3.1∽ 3.4Si:1.9 ∽ 2.3mn: 0.6 ∽ 0.9.
Mechanical performance requirements: tensile strength > =206MPa, bending strength >; = 1000MPa, deflection >; = 5. 1 mm.
The hardness requirement is between: 187∽24 1HBS.
