The Civil Affairs Bureau will review your files in the army, and the reward and punishment materials will be recorded in the files.

Archives of retired soldiers:

(1) enlistment materials: ① enlistment registration form of enlisted citizens; (2) Letter of approval for citizens applying for enlistment (application before March 1990 is the registration form for citizens applying for enlistment); (3) the political examination form for citizens to be enlisted (enlisting before March 1990 is the enlistment registration form for citizens to be enlisted); (four) the physical examination form for citizens; ⑤ Soldier registration form (1990 soldiers who joined the army before winter do not have this form). Non-commissioned officers directly recruited from non-military departments should also have vocational qualification examination forms and vocational skills examination forms. Non-commissioned officers who graduated from colleges and universities should also have the admission notice of non-commissioned officers (1998, 1999 is the admission notice of master sergeant students) and the graduation distribution table of non-commissioned officers.

(3) Grade, rank and job materials: ① soldier rank declaration (registration) form; (2) a report on the promotion of the rank of non-commissioned officer; (3) Non-commissioned Officer Selection Registration Form (1979 to 1990 Selection Volunteer Registration Form, 199 1998 Selection Professional Non-commissioned Officer Registration Form, 1999 to 2009 Selection Non-commissioned Officer Registration Form). (4) Non-commissioned officers choose evaluation registration form; (5) sergeant annual evaluation registration form, etc. Those who have worked as cadres must also have the Report of Non-commissioned Officers as Cadres.

(4) Reward and punishment materials: the recipient should have a personal reward registration (report) form, etc. Those who have been punished should have a punishment registration (report) form, etc.

(5) Identification and disability assessment materials: ① Diagnosis certificate of military system hospital or superior hospital; (2) medical appraisal form for soldiers who have basically lost their ability to work due to illness; ③ Military Disability Rating Scale.

(6) Living treatment materials: ① Adjustment of salary approval form; (2) the spouse of the sergeant with the army (turn) approval form; (3) Report Form for the Examination and Approval of Spouse Allowance for Non-commissioned Officers; (4) the retired noncommissioned officers increase the retirement fee approval form, etc. (According to the different situations of retired soldiers)

(7) Demobilized materials: ① Demobilized conscripts registration form; (2) Registration Form for Discarding Non-commissioned Officers from Active Service; ③ Registration Form for Resettlement of Retired NCO; ④ Resettlement materials (provided according to different situations of retired soldiers). In case of resettlement in different places, the marriage certificate, spouse's household registration book and ID card, proof of the spouse's unit, or the original proof materials such as parents' and spouse's parents' household registration book and ID card shall be provided accordingly.

(8) Other relevant materials: ① professional qualifications, academic qualifications and degree materials; ② Various education and training materials; ③ Registration materials such as my citizen ID number.
