Xinjiang Construction Vocational and Technical College was formally established on June 5438+065438+ 10, 2002. It is a multi-level school-running institution integrating general higher vocational education, correspondence, adult junior college, technical secondary school, various professional training and skill appraisal. College is the only architectural vocational college in the autonomous region. It is a training base for talents with scarce construction skills approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Education, a training base for architectural engineering in the autonomous region, a training base for architectural technology and resources, environment and urban management supported by the central government, and a training base for talents in earthquake-resistant housing projects in the autonomous region. In 2006, with the approval of the people's government of the autonomous region, Xinjiang Institute of Building Technicians was established.
