Start from Weifang, go west along Bao Tong Street, and go to the downhill of a mountain on the east side of Changle (smaller than Changle City). That place is in the north of the driving test center. There is a street sign that says Weifang Party School. You'll see it when you leave. There are signs in the test center. You will see it when you go there.
