In less than five months after I took the key on March 20xx 18, I successively encountered many problems, such as water leakage on the roof and balcony of the north and south bedrooms, the elevator stuck, the glass door of the entrance hall burst, the telecommunications department responded that the residential project was unfinished and did not have the conditions for telecom broadband installation, the windowsill leaked water, and the developer's office was told that there was no leader, so I had to report to your department and ask for help.

Question 1: Water leakage. In order to prevent the top floor from leaking for a long time, I was afraid to buy the top floor and bought the building of 10. There are 1 1 and xx layers above 10. However, a few days after I took the key, I found that the roofs of the north and south bedrooms were leaking. There is also leakage on the west wall of the balcony. As the landlord, do you really cry to the outside world? Leaking lilies? Said.

Question 2: From March 18 to June 30, I was stuck in the elevator of this unit four times. Neighbors also reported that they were stuck in the elevator. For details, please check the elevator monitoring video in the community as evidence.

Question 3: The glass door in the lobby of the unit burst. At 8: 22 pm on June 22, I pushed the door in normally. The glass door burst when it was half open. The following is a screenshot of the surveillance video at that time. At the time of the incident, the community access control system was still not activated and the door was unlocked. I pushed the door and entered the house normally. The glass door at the entrance of the lobby on the first floor is more than 2 meters high. If the child pushes the door and the whole glass door falls down, I can't imagine the consequences.

2. At the driving school venue, coach Yang reminded the students to buy Red Bull and Tianzi by hinting, otherwise they were treated differently, which led to the violation of some students' legal learning rights.

3. The coach surnamed Yang in the driving school gives special care to his relatives, and relies on the power of the head teacher of the driving school to tilt the number of formal examination appointments predicted by the driving school to his relatives, so that some non-relatives students are restricted by the number of examination appointments and cannot take the subject 2 exam of the current batch of students.

4. Coach Yang in driving school often satirizes and digs at the students during the teaching process, which hits the students' self-confidence and causes psychological burden to the students, thus generating negative emotions; And they are dissatisfied with students' repeated consultation on learning to drive, thus reducing the teaching quality.

5. Coach Yang often leaves the training ground early for personal reasons, leaving the trainees to practice alone, resulting in no guidance.
