In order to cultivate and improve the professional skills of the company's employees and provide training opportunities for the company's outstanding backbone employees, employees can choose whether to participate in the training provided by Party A according to the actual situation such as work and time.

Training. If Party B is willing to accept and participate in the training provided by Party A, it is necessary to reach the following agreement on training-related matters:

Two. During the agreement period, after attending the training, Party B shall return to his original post in time to continue his work, and obey the arrangement of Party A. After the training, the service period agreed by both parties is: months, that is, from year month to year month.

Four. Responsibilities and obligations of both parties 1. Party B shall obey the management of Party A during the training, and shall obey the work arrangement and adjustment of Party A after the training.

2. During the training period, Party A may terminate the training in advance and require Party B to compensate all the training expenses incurred by Party A in accordance with this Agreement in case of the following two situations.

-Party B violates relevant laws and regulations during the training.

-Party B withdrew from the training for personal reasons.

3. During the training period, the wages and benefits enjoyed by Party B shall be implemented in accordance with relevant government regulations and Party A's relevant policies.

4. During the agreement period, if Party B is unable or unwilling to continue to serve Party A for any reason, it has the right to resign from Party A, but Party B shall compensate Party A for the training expenses. The compensation method will be calculated on a daily basis according to the total training expenses paid by Party A and the unexpired part of the validity period stipulated in this agreement.
