Q: What is your daily job?

A: Class time is at school, usually at the company. When there is no class or class, I spend most of my time in Quanzhou company and Xiamen company to an old employee for management. Generally, I go to Quanzhou company early every morning to arrange the workload for each employee. In the afternoon, I will meet my clients, have tea and chat with them. In the evening, I just go to do some leisure activities with my clients!

Q: How do you arrange your spare time?

Our company will have dinner once a month. As I am still studying for my doctorate, I will go to Huaqiao University to do my thesis on Saturday, so I still study after work. I occasionally go fishing with some friends on Sundays. I also play billiards and table tennis. This week, I will go to a villa with four other brother companies to play live CS.

Q: As designers and advertising designers, what qualities should we pay attention to and improve?

A: I am very clear about my position, that is, whether I am superior in the design field. Therefore, in college, we should first learn our professional knowledge, how to use professional software, how to show some creativity and how to write a copy. These are all ways to enhance the advertising image. Therefore, in society, any advertising company, design company, large-scale brand-name company, and even banks are in great need of our designs, and these designs will be integrated into our lives. Only when good works are integrated into our lives can they have vitality. Especially in the field of design, in fact, whether we have design ability will soon be shown in the market, because our design is like a technical activity, so if you can't design this thing all the time, it's that the design doesn't pass, unlike the majors of law and philosophy, which are on the same track and can't tell much difference, but the things designed are different and must be integrated. Contact with us, life, society and nature. Only in this way can our sense of design be reflected, so I think you should give yourself a position in the design field.

Q: Do you think the specialized courses given to us by our school are helpful to us? How can it help? Is there anything that needs further improvement?

A: Specialized courses mainly play a guiding role. What you learned at school is just a stepping stone. In other words, if you want to enter this field, you must have a foundation in this field, and then you can do design in the enterprise before you can really apply what you have learned. Although what you learned in school seems to be very little, what you learned is useless and you feel that you have learned nothing. But from a professional point of view, you have actually learned how to use professional software, and your understanding of this major, when you go to the society, you have your own advantages when looking for this job. Has been reformed a lot. FH was changed before, now I study Ai, and then I will learn Taobao art, which is innovative from a professional point of view.

Q: What preparations should be made now in the face of the arrival of university internship?

A: Do a lot of work before you go to the internship, accumulate a lot of works and then make them into ppt format, and then your resume. A successful resume needs a lot of things to support, because we are visual. If you go to an interview and don't even do the most basic visual things, it will be difficult to find a job. When you are fully prepared and have your own detailed resume in this ppt or word document, you can send it to any company at a glance, and they can also intuitively see whether you are the talent they need.

Q: What are your requirements for employees entering your company?

A: You should have more than three years' working experience in the professional field, have your own ideas in the design field and know how to design.

Q: Do companies have uniform salary standards?

A: Depending on the size of the company, it is generally difficult to have a unified standard. Every company is different.

Q: What do you think of the development prospects of people engaged in this job?

A: There are many directions for going out to work, such as Taobao artists, advertising companies that design, and big brand companies, including the banking system, all need talents in this field. Therefore, advertising majors will never be unemployed, and those who will be unemployed will definitely have no professional knowledge. It's really a waste of two years' study in college, and it can't be counted as studying advertising. However, if you are an eloquent student, you can get by by knowing some advertising knowledge.

Q: After entering this industry, we need to have a lot of contact time with customers. What should we pay attention to when communicating with customers? Do you have any communication skills?

A: From the perspective of communication, I suggest you learn a psychology course and a marketing communication skill. You just need to see what the customer thinks and what he needs from chatting with him. When you communicate with him, don't introduce your products too strongly. You should serve you more, introduce more services and less products, and guide the customer to make him feel that we are doing it. If you really meet a customer who is going to socialize, there must be two people, because one person must be sober enough to drive and the other must be drinking with the guest. Even if we play, we must have principles, so that customers can feel that we are a planned, important and principled person, so that they can safely hand over the products to us to complete.

Q: What do you think of college students' job-hopping?

Answer: On this issue, I think "job-hopping" is a two-way street. If you work in our company, you will resign. One reason is that you don't feel very good here. It's also my reason and the company's reason. If you can't learn anything in the company, feel worthless in the company, or feel wronged, then I think you have nothing to say about "job-hopping". You can't stop him from saying don't go, because he has his own ideas. He must have thought about it for a long time before leaving, not suddenly. Why many companies don't "jump ship" is because this company has its cohesion, so this question is a two-way test for a company and a college student.

Q: What advice would you give me about going out for an internship?

A: It goes without saying that you must learn your major well, but your personality and your design concept, I think you can plan and market. If you have a good command of your major, you can focus more on marketing and planning, because you are good at communicating with guests. It's a pity if you hide in the house and do design.

Without long-term professional practice, my sense of design must be very weak, so the products or works designed must be lifeless. For a designer, imagination and creativity are of course important, so you need to be very proficient in the application of professional software to show the flattening effect of imagination and creativity.
