Xiaogan Cultural Center is located in the starting area of Dongcheng, Xiaogan City, bordering Gankun Avenue in the north, Fu Hao North Road in the south, Yong Dong Road in the west and 1 Road in the east. The planned land area is 2 1 1 mu, the total construction area of the project is about 134700㎡, and the total investment is about1200 million yuan.

It consists of three groups of buildings, six venues and ten functions, including a grand theater, a small theater (including a concert hall and a multi-function hall), a library, a local history museum, an archives, a museum, an urban planning exhibition hall, a mass art museum, a science and technology museum, a youth palace and a women and children center.

The construction of Xiaogan Cultural Center is the expectation of the general public for many years. Its completion will fundamentally solve the backward situation of Xiaogan's public cultural facilities and better meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the general public.
