Kindergarten trainee diary?
On February 5, we got up early, got up at 6: 00, got a ride at 6: 30, and the kindergarten manager picked us up at the concert hall at 7: 50. After saying some precautions and wishes, we entered the class as specified. It's my first time in kindergarten (the last time I went to an early education institution), so I'm a little nervous. This time I went to a small class. I have an interesting name: Class Four. How interesting! When we entered the classroom, after the teacher greeted us, the aunt asked us to roll up our sleeves and wash our hands for the children. I don't care whether the children will like me as a strange teacher to do it. I had the cheek to drag the child who entered the door to the sink, and then rolled up my sleeves and asked questions. I like that children can love like angels. Next, we will learn about these children by observing while helping. There are always some special children in kindergarten. It looks very uncoordinated. After a while, I found that the performance of the two children was very different. One is Lu, who is silent, unhappy and unwilling to get along with the group, and the other is a troublemaker and uncontrollable. They are always so unsociable. The day we went was Monday, and all the children in the park gathered on the playground to do exercises. I was deeply touched that day because it took them at least half an hour to queue up and take the stairs (from the third floor to the downstairs). Some children push and shove, some don't want to go down, some stop and walk, some go down to the second floor and cry and say, teacher, I have to pee/poop. Oh, my God, I can't stand it. We dragged them to the playground. One of the two children was dragged by the teacher and the other was coaxed down by me. Their practice is actually very simple, but the acceptance of small classes is relatively low, so it is basically a mess. Of course, after practice and slides, we brought them back in this way. Then they plan the game with strawberries, bananas and apples as a group, and choose their own areas and locations to play the game. Their area is divided into doll house, children's supermarket, art district and bank. They can choose their own toys and corresponding positions, as well as various tableware, dolls, daily necessities, empty food bottles and fruit samples. The same is true the next day. After playing with toys, the teacher organizes activities, and then has a lunch break. Get up at about three o'clock in the afternoon to eat snacks. At every party, the children hold the teacher's hand and lead the train. Slowly, the teacher also put us in charge of the locomotive, and then took them into the sink and toilet. Before each competition, they will be organized to drink water, go to the toilet and wash their hands in an orderly manner. Then it's time to play with toys. There are building blocks, road map boxes, puzzles and other toys in the class. After playing for a few minutes, we began to collect toys. After that, the teacher organizes activities in class. Then dinner. After dinner, let's sit together and praise today's good performance and reward stickers. Parents start to pick up their children at five o'clock. The next day we remembered the names of most children, because we will start organizing games on Wednesday. Each of us has to hand in three lesson plans. On the third day, Ms. Zou was the first to organize games, and another child and I were helping her sort things out. The game is quite successful. Children are willing to play and chat, because the last action is to catch people. Finally, I almost squashed the nurse aunt and teacher Zou. It's a good thing I flash fast! On the fourth day, Teacher Ouyang played the game of fruit squatting, and finally let the children pinch the fruit with plasticine. The children all like to play. I pinched a bunch of grapes and got the unanimous opinion of the children. Hey hey! In the morning, I also organized an activity-animal train, which finally turned into a bunch of people, holding the children down, which was a bit shameful! I can't handle these little guys when I'm alone. They're fighting. On the last day, in the morning, Mr. Ouyang played a fruit squatting game for another group (when organizing activities, two groups, the sun group and the moon group). In the afternoon, I changed the lesson plan and played a raindrop game. First let the children discuss the size of raindrops and distinguish the size of raindrops. Then determine the sound and come to the conclusion that small raindrops are water droplets and big raindrops are water droplets. When I take out the big raindrops, I say big raindrops, tick-tock. You say raindrops, you say raindrops, Didi Didi Didi. Ask the children to answer individually/collectively. Finally, let them discuss the shape of raindrops, and then draw them with colored pencils. Quite successful. We asked the class teacher to make an evaluation. She said that it is not bad that an intern teacher can organize all the children to play games by herself. At the same time, your bishop and the teaching assistant work well together to manage the children running around. He is also very attentive in taking care of children. To write a school evaluation form, you must give an excellent one. The kindergarten internship that I hated at the beginning became particularly beautiful on the last day, and I suddenly felt a little reluctant to part with it ... I still remember the excitement when Lu and Zhou Jingxi ate all the rice in my rice bowl under my coaxing. . . I still remember the naughty Jiang Peilin holding my hand and looking for a friend to practice with me, while turning around and hugging, which was the joy and indescribable touch I once had. I still remember that Li Keqiang and Tang Jingyi stamped their feet and said, I have to pee/poop. I am depressed. Why would I avoid them or look for me instead of my aunt? Alas! On Thursday, Peng Yiting suffered from stomach upset. She has diarrhea three times in ten minutes, all pulling me to wipe her ass. The smell of classroom food makes me speechless. . . I still remember playing games with them, sorting out toys and telling them stories … I have experienced so much in one week! I think I am a person who lives with heart. Remember everyone, every moment. Be an excellent preschool teacher in the future and be responsible for children's happiness. . . . . .
