2. Establishment of foster care

Nursery institutions should be set up in safe and pollution-free, air circulation, adequate sunshine, convenient transportation, smooth drainage, flat and dry site, perfect infrastructure, suitable environment and suitable for construction.

Buildings of Class 4 and above should be set up independently. When there are 3 classes or less, it can be built together with residence, pension, education and office building; Children's living room should not be set underground or semi-underground, and the living room of child care institutions should be set on the first floor. When it is really difficult to arrange on the first floor, the nursing class can be arranged on the second floor, and the number of students should not exceed 60.

The entrances and exits of child care institutions shall be provided with spaces for the safe distribution of personnel and parking of vehicles, and shall not affect urban road traffic. An independent outdoor activity venue should be set up, and safety isolation measures should be taken around the venue to prevent risks such as loss, slip and falling objects.

3. Requirements for running a school

According to the current relevant regulations, both for-profit and non-profit foster care institutions do not need to obtain a school license, but whether it is necessary to obtain a school license does not mean that it is not subject to the supervision of the competent business department.

In the course of operation, it is still necessary to supervise fire safety license, food/catering service license, health care, personnel qualification management, security and other aspects.
