Below I will discuss with you the relevant practices of kindergartens and related issues of parenting from six aspects, hoping that everyone can reach an understanding.

First, pay attention to improving the quality of teachers.

Attach great importance to the improvement of teachers' quality, regularly send teachers out to study and train, and urge the improvement of teachers' level through reading, teaching and research, etiquette training, English training, basic skills assessment and semester assessment. Through a series of rules and regulations, teachers are required and tested in terms of safety, hygiene, responsibility and love, which greatly improves the overall quality of teachers. In the city's basic skills competition, the total score of teachers in our park is the first in the city. In the cultural performances held in the whole city, the group dance of teachers in our garden was frequently praised by city leaders. At present, the teacher's education is 100%, of which 60% are teachers with junior college education and 0/5% are teachers with undergraduate education. All teachers are certified, in good health and good mental outlook.

Second, pay attention to the growth of children.

Our garden is very concerned about children's growth, aiming at cultivating "energetic, polite, knowledgeable, healthy and happy" children. In addition to Chinese, mathematics, English, handicrafts, science, fine arts and music, there are also computer classes (large classes), dance classes, physical education classes and gymnastics classes, and there are full-time teachers with high academic qualifications. In order to meet the development requirements of children with different abilities, we have also set up special classes such as Go, Dance, Latin Dance, Gymnastics, Taekwondo, Martial Arts, Fine Arts, Electronic Piano and abacus mental arithmetic, which provide a broad space for the healthy growth of children.

In addition, we also make full use of the rich and beautiful external environment of kindergartens to educate young children. We use the natural environment such as flowers and plants in the four seasons, small vegetable gardens, willow trees and land in parks to let children get in touch with nature and understand it. Listen to the voice of nature, communicate with nature, cultivate children's temperament and cultivate the desire to discover and explore. We use rich humanistic environment, such as science and technology corridor, poetry corridor and cultural corridor (three-character classics, ancient poems, idiom stories and daily profanities) to edify children in science and technology, language and art, especially the three-character classics are not only on the wall, but also we use daily practice time to recite them in a planned way, so that children can watch, listen, read and recite them in the critical period of their language development, increase their vocabulary and enhance their culture. Now most children can recite more than 200 three-character classics. We also attach great importance to the cultivation of children's reading interest. This year, I spent more than 10,000 yuan to buy new books, enriched the library, and regularly distributed different kinds of books to the class to read, asking for reading content, and included them in the assessment of teachers. We also use morning radio and midday music to spread parenting experience to parents and provide beautiful music environment for children. We know that music can enlighten wisdom, and children's world cannot be separated from music. Therefore, whether in the morning, at noon, in class or during activity time, we all advocate teachers to use music, choose music reasonably, cultivate children's sentiment and purify their hearts. There is also a flag-raising ceremony every Monday. The children in the big class take turns to be standard-bearers. When the five-star red flag Ran Ran rises, the children sing the national anthem and pay attention to the motherland. What is surging in their hearts is infinite reverence for the motherland, and patriotic education permeates it. At the same time, pay more attention to children's outdoor activities training. In the new semester, our park purchased nearly 10,000 yuan of sports equipment to ensure that children have 1-2 hours of outdoor activities every day. Our park is the city's outdoor activity base, attracting counties and cities in Tai 'an and other places.

Many visits and studies in kindergarten have been well received. On this basis, we also held gymnastics competitions, weapons gymnastics competitions, outdoor activity class evaluation and so on, in order to enhance children's interest in participating in exercise. In August this year, the gymnastics team of our park participated in Taian competition on behalf of Feicheng and won the third place. Eight players were listed as the key training targets in Tai 'an.

Third, pay attention to family ties.

We attach great importance to family ties, and promote parents' understanding of kindergartens, teachers and children through festivals, lectures, parent-child meetings, parent-child activities and questionnaires, and explore parenting experiences. We also set up a new blog forum. Please ask the teachers in each class about the website. Please post your parenting experience or confusion online, and we will give you an answer in time. Welcome your active participation. We also set up a parent safety supervisor to give prompt and guidance to the problems existing in our work. Fourth, pay attention to habit cultivation and arrange study scientifically.

In a blink of an eye, the child grew up by one year, from stumbling to falling in love with kindergarten, from small class to middle class, from middle class to big class. Suddenly, the little doll in our hearts grew up, and we were at a loss-how to educate our children, so all our expectations were born at this time. In this case, parents often ignore their children's age characteristics and blindly impose requirements. Fortunately, most of our parents are fully prepared to understand the growth law of their children. In this questionnaire, we are delighted to find that parents' ideas have changed. From the simple pursuit of learning knowledge in the past to cultivating children's habits, interests, morality, labor, music, physical and mental development, educational activities and other non-intellectual factors. Indeed, sowing a seed of healthy behavior in the embryonic stage of children's ideology, cultivating a good habit and developing children's potential in many aspects are lifelong benefits for children. As samur Smyer said: "Sow ideas and reap actions; Sowing action, harvesting habit; Sowing habits, harvesting character; Sow character and reap fate. As a kindergarten, we pay more attention to the cultivation of children's study habits and behavior habits. Small classes focus on basic living habits and behavior habits, and gradually cultivate children's sense of self-care; On the basis of cultivating the living habits of small classes, middle classes gradually cultivate children's communication habits and thinking habits, while large classes pay attention to children's study habits and thinking habits, and do a good job for all ages. We have made great efforts in the connection between young and old, and also gained successful experience. For example, change the schedule of work and rest, cultivate children's habits of previewing before class, attending lectures intensively during class and taking a rest in the toilet after class, let children tidy up their schoolbags, be on duty and get dressed, cultivate children's self-care ability, cultivate children's habits in listening, attention and willpower, invite primary school teachers to attend classes, give lectures and discuss, and lead children to visit primary schools at the same time, so as to lay a good foundation for children to adapt to the life of grade one as soon as possible.

Of course, some parents have suggested teaching writing, calculating problems and recognizing pinyin letters from small classes. They think that small classes don't learn anything, and they go directly to middle classes for fear that they can't keep up with primary schools. If nothing else, as far as the age of children is concerned, the children in front of us are only three or four or five years old, and some are less than three years old. They are only a few years old and can walk for a few days. Children should have a healthy, happy and lively childhood. What reason do we have to fill their colorful childhood with boring knowledge? Moreover, people's intelligence is diverse, not only in knowledge and skills. Of course, we still have reasonable arrangements in knowledge, such as the cultivation of language ability. 3 to 5 years old is a critical period for children's language development, so they should read, recite poems and read books as soon as possible. At this time, a large number of words have been accumulated, and children's understanding ability will be greatly improved. The speed of language ability development is incomparable at any other time. So we will read and write at the beginning of kindergarten activities.

Finally, memorizing the Three-Character Classics is also for children to receive China's classic poetry education in the golden age of memory, so that when children grow up and chew again in the future, at least they will not regret the lack of language at the beginning, as we do. With regard to writing, we resolutely do not advocate writing in small classes. Even for the middle class, we only deal with the writing of simple numbers and the basic strokes of words. It was not until the big class that children began to firmly grasp their writing posture and pen-holding posture and learn to write simple words. In fact, it is also controversial whether the big class should be written. Why? First of all, three or four-year-old children's hand bone development is not perfect, and they often can't hold the pen. If they are forced to practice with pens, the children will be very tired and even cause their fingers to deform. Secondly, due to physiological reasons, the child's posture will be out of shape, and once the wrong writing posture is developed, it is difficult to change it. So I hope parents can give us an understanding of the arrangement of writing. As for calculation problems, children mainly think in images, are interested in concrete things, and are not easy to understand abstract numerical symbols. Therefore, in early childhood, we first cultivate children's ability to classify, summarize and sort out specific things, so that children can form the concept of numbers in specific operations and gradually transition to formulas. Furthermore, the purpose of learning mathematics is to apply it in life, and it should come from life and be applied to life. In the process of learning mathematics, children cultivate mathematical thinking ability, not just the result of 1+2=3. For example, as for English, listening and reading are the main ways to cultivate children's sense of language. As for writing, it is not conducive to the development of children. Of course, home and garden must provide English environment for children, such as watching CDs and listening to tapes.

Every time the big class is promoted to grade one, I will follow up and observe. Judging from the return visit for two consecutive years, children have indeed improved in all aspects and can adapt to primary school life more quickly. However, it is not the children with the most knowledge who adapt the fastest, but the good children cultivated by various conventional habits. This shows that kindergartens should let children acquire knowledge in games and cultivate good study habits and interests.

In the questionnaire, parents also mentioned some problems of their children, such as: wayward, not as obedient as in kindergarten, not sociable, bad temper and so on. We attach great importance to these problems and will actively understand the characteristics of children, analyze the reasons and find countermeasures. In fact, sometimes, children are spoiled, and it is normal to lose their temper occasionally. This is a way for them to vent. Maybe they are depressed in some ways. If that's the case, we might as well let the children vent first, and then ask the reason and convince them when he has finished venting. If we are faced with such a problem for a long time, we should find the reason from family education: what is the growth environment of children? Who brought up the children (the survey found that most children brought up by their ancestors had bad habits)? What is the environment around children? In fact, family education is the best school for children, and parents are the teachers who have the deepest influence on children. Marx said: "Parents' occupation is to educate their children. "The most important thing in educating children is to have a good family environment. A beautified family environment can make children feel happy, and a noisy environment will make children feel impetuous. " Meng Mu once chose a neighbor. Children who grow up in this environment are obviously better than other children. In addition, parents should have enough time to play and study with their children, so that children can feel deep affection and stimulate their interest in learning and exploration. Especially the mother, Mrs Steiner, a famous educator, summed up her parenting experience in this way: education should not start from the teachers at school, but from the mothers at home. Only a good mother can educate a good child. Therefore, every mother who has hope for her children is a qualified mother first.
