A. Hello, I'm Tian, a middle school teacher with 27 years' teaching experience and at least 15 years' working experience as a class teacher. 14 years, because two students in the class have difficulty in going to school, they began to pay attention to family education and embarked on a journey of life and self-exploration. Now, in addition to being a teacher, I also have the status of a family education tutor and a NLP professional executive. After work, I joined in public welfare, organized reading meetings and parent classes in the library of Xigong District, and supported parents to know themselves better and support their children more intelligently.

At the same time, I am the head of the Luoyang Experience Center for Small Step Family Education, providing professional and scientific family education services for preschool children aged 0-6, and helping and supporting Chao Dad and Hot Mom to become masters with children.

Q: When did you start to set foot in the field of early education, and with what opportunity did you join? Why choose the industry of early education?

In the process of learning, I found that all the emotional and psychological problems encountered in the process of growing up are related to some unsatisfied needs in childhood, and the quality and importance of family education are more and more worthy of attention.

I will start with my friends around me and cultivate the concept of "parenting first". 17 From the perspective of combining family education with school education, we invited two teachers to Luoyang to hold NLP professional implementation courses for teachers, supported the growth of nearly 100 teachers from all over the country, and wished them a happy life and work, benefiting thousands of students and families in Qian Qian. In order to find out the source of education, my friends and I also plan to open a kindergarten where children and adults can teach and grow together. Because the qualification for running a school is not good, it has not been realized.

In August of this year, a good friend of Zhejiang came into contact with Xiaobu's early education at home and shared the opportunity with me at the first time. Games have reached a * * * understanding in education. Preschool children learn by playing, and games are the best way for children to acquire knowledge. Family is the main place for children's activities and growth, and it is the main object and channel for children to know and understand the world. After collecting a large number of early education programs in the United States, it is found that child-centered early education may be effective in a short time, but in the long run, its impact on a person is very limited. The truly effective early education program is aimed at parents' education, so the education investment of the American government in recent years has gradually turned to parents' education. In China, parents who attach importance to early family education are also increasing. Using online high-quality educational resources to carry out family early education can be said to be a new educational ecology.

Q: What kind of opportunity did you get to know and join the book club?

A Mr Wang Yong, one of the sponsors of the reading club, is my good friend. I knew it from the beginning of the entrepreneur reading club. Teacher Wang Yong also invited me to participate in some public welfare activities such as scholarly childhood. However, because I didn't have the status of an entrepreneur before, I have been longing for it, but it is always out of reach. In July this year, when Mr. Wang Yong invited me to learn about the fundraising project of Luo Bookstore, I suddenly realized that Mr. Qin's subsidiary, Cultural Communication Company, had already made me an entrepreneur, and now I joined the book club without hesitation.

Q: What is the biggest gain that the reading club will bring you?

A. after joining the study, the great gain is to expand the thinking. Some of these expansions are achieved through reading, such as exercising like work, which is the harvest after reading Younger Next Year, so I have developed the habit of exercising every day. Part of it is achieved through communication with book lovers. For example, Ding Ruikai, the former leader of our group 7, was both young and promising, and he was humble and enthusiastic, which impressed me deeply. Q: A book you are reading recently and its influence on you?

A.i read miscellaneous books. At present, I have several books I am reading, such as Complete Growth, Sun Ruixue's Works, Jinghu Lake and Qingshan's Works, all of which are presented by my favorite students.
