Second, the scope and conditions of recruitment
This recruitment is open to the whole country, and the candidates should meet the following conditions:
(1) Having China nationality;

Third, the recruitment process
Recruitment follows the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit. Candidates voluntarily register and go through qualification examination, professional skill examination, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity, employment and other procedures.
(1) Registration (Qualification Examination)

2. Registration method: Online registration is adopted. (2) Physical fitness test
The physical examination items are vertical jump and 1000m (male) or 800m (female) long-distance running. The relevant standards refer to the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Provisional). One of the physical fitness tests is unqualified, and the qualification to enter the professional skill test is cancelled. The time and place of physical fitness test will be notified separately.
(3) Professional Skills Examination
Professional skills test results 100, the test method, time and place will be notified separately. Candidates with professional skills test scores below 60 will not enter the interview.
(4) Interview
According to the professional skills from high to low, enter the interview according to the ratio of 1:3 (if the number of applicants is insufficient, reduce it as appropriate), with a full score of 100 and an interview score of 60. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the medical examination and investigation. The interview time and place will be announced separately.
(5) Physical examination
The total score is calculated according to the proportion of 50% of the professional skills test score and 50% of the interview score. The total score is from high to low, and the medical examiners are determined according to the number of recruits 1: 1. With the same total score, those with high professional skills test scores rank first.
Physical examination standards refer to the requirements of the people's police. Those who fail to pass the physical examination will be replenished from those who have passed the physical fitness test and the professional skills test in the order of the total score from high to low. The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately.
(6) Investigation
The inspection was carried out by the recruiting unit, and the content and standards were based on the requirements of public recruitment by the people's police.
(7) Publicity and employment
According to the candidates' total scores, physical examination results and investigation, the candidates to be hired are determined through comprehensive ranking, and the candidates to be hired are publicized (jiande city People's Government Portal (/) legal voluntary disclosure content-personnel information-recruitment "and" Jiande Personnel Network (/)), and the publicity period is 7 working days.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment, it will be employed; If there are serious problems and there is evidence, they will not be hired; To reflect the serious problem, but it is difficult to verify, suspend employment, and then decide whether to hire after verification and conclusion.

Four. Contract and remuneration package
Employees sign labor contracts according to the current regulations, and the probation period is 6 months. Those who pass the training and examination during the probation period are formally employed, and the initial employment period is 5 years. Centralized training will be implemented during the probation period. If the training and assessment are unqualified, the employment qualification of police auxiliary personnel will be cancelled.
Salary standard: the annual income of auxiliary police under the "annual salary system" is not less than 200,000 yuan (including personal income tax and the part paid by the "five insurances and one gold" unit). During the performance of the labor contract, if there is any situation that does not meet the "annual salary system" management, the post will be changed and the salary will be adjusted.
