RT Mart's working hours are the longest in Qingzhou supermarket. A friend works in the snack bar. He can't leave after work and must continue to work after 5 o'clock (usually between 5: 30 and 6: 00). The afternoon shift is from 2: 30 pm to 10 pm. /kloc-you can't leave work at 0: 00. You have to fill the shelves (end at 1 1: 00 to 1 1: 30).

Generally in RT Mart, there is a promotion period every half month, and the first two days of each period are all night. The morning shift and the evening shift each have a shift from morning to the next morning. The goods on the shelves and the goods in the middle of the aisle should be well displayed, and there is no working meal in the middle of the night. There is still half a year's market, and it is also all night (day shift and night shift for four days at a time).

No overtime pay. Give gifts to the group leader (called the monitor in RT Mart) on holidays. If you give less gifts, you must work hard.

Employees in RT Mart are divided into promoted employees and regular employees. The former has no endowment insurance, and the salary is paid by the supply company (for example, if a friend has a fixed salary, you have to bundle the promotional items yourself when the company comes, and you have to help unload the goods when they arrive).
