The flower fairy described by British illustrator Cicely Mary Barker has fascinated countless people.

Cicely Mary Barker was born in Croydon, near London, England. When I was a child, I couldn't go to school for physical reasons, so I had to be educated at home and spent most of my time reading and painting. 1908, when Cicely 13 years old, her father joined the croydon art club, so she took a professional art class. /kloc-at the age of 0/6, Cicely was accepted as the youngest member of Croydon Art Society because of his excellent painting ability.

When Cicely/Kloc-was 0/5 years old, her flower thread works were published in magazines, greeting cards and postcards. 1923, Cicely's "Flower Fairy in Spring" series of Hua Xian's works was officially published. Cicely painted more series of flower fairies: flower fairies in summer, autumn, winter, tree, garden, roadside and alphabet. In addition to the series Painting Immortals, Cicely also draws illustrations for children's books, such as Old Rhyme, Senecio and Necklace, and Rushe River Master. Now, in addition to printed matter, Cicely's Little Flower Fairy is also made into various gift photo frames, porcelain dolls, crystal balls and so on. The flower pattern also appears in DIY three-dimensional paper carving and cross stitch.

When I was a child, Cicely liked the fairy in kate greenaway's illustrations very much. She liked to draw the fairy. Her flower fairy is a group of human children with colorful butterfly wings, playing with smiles among the flowers. No matter what season is painted, the color of the picture is always warm and old-fashioned, just like a beautiful legend is deeply rooted in people's hearts.
