On how to cultivate children's self-care ability in small classes.
Children who are three years old and two months old enter the park, which is one of the "hardware" of preschool education. For many parents, it seems impossible for children under the age of three to enter the park for education, but this situation has become a reality in kindergartens in Daliang District. "Our preschool education classes are now in short supply. Children are making rapid progress here, and their social skills and self-care ability have been greatly improved." Daliang District 1 1 child started to open small classes this year to recruit infants aged 2-3. From Monday to Friday, all the children in the small class joined the big family in the kindergarten. Let children gradually perceive the world through various games. Children who gradually adapt will enter full-time "small classes". Through the implementation of the pilot class in kindergarten, it is proved that the children who enter the small class through small class education are compared with the children who enter the park at the age of three this year. It is found that children in small classes are better than children of the same age who have just entered the park in self-care, action coordination and interpersonal skills. According to the teachers' observation, it will take nearly half a year for the children who have just entered the park to catch up with these children who have been in small classes in all aspects. Therefore, starting from this semester, all kindergartens in the whole district will open small classes. But for small class teaching, we kindergarten teachers are all novices, and everyone will encounter many problems in the process of groping, which is the first time for all of us. At the beginning of this semester, the third and fourth teaching and research groups of Daliang District Center will organize members of the teaching and research groups to carry out a series of activities around this new teaching and research theme. Under the leadership of the head of the teaching and research group, we will interview the head teacher of the children's small class and film the children's daily life in the small class. With questions, in the sixteenth week, we held an experience exchange meeting of kindergarten primary school in Daliang District. At the meeting, we played the role of parents and asked the teachers in the primary school a question to introduce some work experience. I think this experience exchange meeting is very meaningful, which has aroused my re-argument. In this exchange meeting, I fully realized that being a good small class teacher is very hard, but it is also very valuable. After the experience exchange meeting of Xiaoyu class, I have the following views: 1. The work of small class begins here. Mr. Chen Heqin, a famous educator in our park, put forward the educational principle of "let children do what they can". Children grow up to two or three years old and have a strong desire for independence. We should take advantage of the situation and start to cultivate children's initial self-care ability and basic habits in daily life. However, as the only child in modern families, parents are investing more and more in all aspects of their children, but neglecting the cultivation of their self-care ability. They spoil their children too much and do everything instead, which has become the biggest obstacle to their independent development. After entering the kindergarten, many children can't eat independently, wash their hands and faces, urinate and defecate, and wear simple clothes. Therefore, it is an important task for our teachers to help children adapt to kindergarten life as soon as possible and improve their self-care ability. Second, the analysis of the reasons for the weak self-care ability of children aged 2-3. First, parents care too much, and many things that children should do by themselves are used to doing by themselves. Children are the "little sun", "little emperor" and "darling" at home. Many adults around him at home make them happy, thinking that as long as the children eat well, they will be healthy. Therefore, many children have to feed, and some grandparents have to have a good meal with them, or let the children watch TV while feeding; Helping them urinate and get dressed is considered an obligation by adults. But I don't know that children's desire for independence will gradually disappear, resulting in dependence and slow development. Second, I think children are young and have poor ability, and it is not too late to study in the future. In life, we often hear children's demands: "I'll wash it, I'll get it, myself … and so on". But the answer is often: "No, you are too young to do it." Many parents believe that when children reach a certain age, they naturally learn to dress and eat by themselves. Now that children are young, there is no need to rush to let them do it themselves, and the younger they are, the harder it is to teach, and the faster they go to college. Therefore, children who grow up like this have to do everything by themselves at home, almost all of which are arranged by adults, and they have developed a serious dependence psychology, which makes them lag behind other children in all aspects of development. Third, I am afraid of trouble and feel that my child is slow to respond or eat dirty. Because the child's small muscles are underdeveloped, the self-control ability is poor, and the hand-eye coordination is not enough. Let the children eat by themselves, often on the table and on the ground. My parents are too dirty, so I think it is better to feed them quickly. Some children want to wash their hands by themselves, but their hands are not clean and their clothes are wet. His parents regretted not washing it for him. Children have to dress themselves, and as a result, their clothes are put on backwards, which delays working hours. Therefore, many parents think that it is better to do it by themselves than to let their children do it, which saves time and trouble. In fact, parents refuse to let their children do it by themselves, which hurts their self-esteem and self-confidence and hinders the development of their ability and independence. Third, the purpose and necessity of cultivating the self-care ability of children aged 2-3. 2-3 years old is the key period of growth and development. Cultivating children's self-care ability through their learning participation, training and doing something within their power is conducive to children's action development. 2-3-year-old children are also the best period for ability training, and good living ability will benefit them for life. Therefore, combined with the age characteristics of 2-3-year-old children, we must make it clear that (1) it is necessary to cultivate the self-care ability of 2-3-year-old children to adapt to the collective life of kindergartens. Children enter kindergarten from home and a new world, which enlarges their life circle, new environment and fun toys, and strongly attracts their curiosity. They like studying and living in kindergarten. But they can't take care of themselves such as washing their hands, eating and dressing, so they can't adapt to kindergarten life quickly. (2) Cultivate the self-care ability of children aged 2-3, and promote the development of children's large and small muscle groups and sports coordination ability. The famous Italian educator Montessori pointed out that action education is one of the courses of daily life practice, and its main purpose is to cultivate children's self-management ability, sense of responsibility and good living habits. Cultivating the self-care ability of 2-3-year-old children will promote the development of children's large and small muscle groups and motor coordination ability, such as eating. Children not only learn the motor skills of hand feeding, but also develop their finger muscle flexibility and hand-eye coordination ability. Therefore, every time a child learns an action and ability, his large and small muscle groups and action coordination will also develop accordingly. (3) Cultivating the self-care ability of children aged 2-3 helps to cultivate children's independence and self-confidence, independent of adults' personality. 2-3-year-old children's self-care ability is to learn to eat independently with a spoon, drink water with a cup, wash their hands, wear simple clothes and pants, etc. However, at first, children couldn't wear clothes, sleeves couldn't get in, and buttons didn't work well, all of which were helped by adults at home. Kindergarten should learn to wear it by itself. Button holes are not aligned. As long as it is aligned once or twice until it is aligned, the pants can't be pulled up. Pull hard until you put it on. In the process of children learning self-care skills, teachers give appropriate encouragement, establish children's self-confidence and let children know how to do their own things. While improving their abilities, children also cultivate good habits of facing difficulties bravely, daring to overcome difficulties, working hard and doing things independently. This kind of firmness, independence and self-confidence is a good personality quality for high-quality talents to adapt to the future society. (4) Linking the cultivation of life ability with parents' work. Parents are children's first teachers, and it is inseparable from parents' cooperation to cultivate and train children well. To this end, we write the monthly training objectives in the contact cabinet at home and explain the contents for parents to understand. At the same time, parents are required to provide convenience for their children, clothes are light and easy for children to operate, and parents are required to conduct synchronous training at home. Hold a parent forum to publicize the importance of children's ability training, talk about training methods and children's progress, and teach some teaching skills. We also specially designed a beautiful bird for each child, with pictures of the children in it. When a child's self-care ability meets the requirements or improves, he will stick feathers of corresponding colors on his bird to see who is the most beautiful. This not only pays attention to the individual differences of children, but also fully affirms their development. At the same time, parents can see their children's development at a glance and urge them to actively cooperate with teachers to improve their life skills. Many parents said: "After entering the park, children have a strong sense of independence and are willing to do many things themselves. Teachers help children develop good living habits and improve their self-care ability. " Children's self-care ability has been further improved, and further research is needed to better complete the task of raising children in kindergartens.
