Agricultural registered permanent residence, now living in the countryside, can't participate in the medical insurance for urban residents, but can participate in the new rural cooperative medical system.

The new rural cooperative medical system, referred to as the "new rural cooperative medical system", refers to the farmers' medical mutual aid system organized, guided and supported by the government, in which farmers voluntarily participate and individuals, collectives and the government jointly raise funds. Take individual contributions, collective support and government funding to raise funds. Therefore, the amount of payment is not uniform everywhere, and the payment time is not uniform. Under normal circumstances, villagers provide household registration books and identity cards, which are uniformly charged and handled by village cadres.

Urban residents' medical insurance is a medical insurance system with urban minors and unemployed residents who have not participated in urban workers' medical insurance as the main participants.

First, the required materials:

/kloc-persons under 0/8 years old: household registration book (all members' information in the household registration book must be copied) and ID card (/kloc-persons under 0/6 years old need not provide ID card).

/kloc-persons over 0/8 years old who are still studying in full-time schools: household registration book (all members' information in the household registration book needs to be copied), ID card, and student status certificate issued by their school.

/kloc-Non-employed urban residents over 0/8 years old: household registration book (all members of the household registration book must be copied); Identity Card (Demobilized soldiers need to provide proof of retirement or job transfer).

Minimum living allowances: household registration book, ID card, and minimum living guarantee certificate for urban and rural residents (villages) in Guangdong Province.

Second, the handling process:

After the business is completed, the handling personnel will print the "Checklist of Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Residents in Huizhou" and hand it over to the applicant on the spot. If the applicant finds any mistakes or omissions, he must go to the handling department to correct them within five working days. If it is not handled within the time limit, it shall be regarded as error-free.

The business acceptance time is 1-24 every month, and the business declared in that month will take effect from the following month. July 1 day of that year to June 30th of the following year is a social security year, and the medical insurance premium of one social security year is paid in one lump sum, and the medical insurance premium of the next social security year is paid in one lump sum from June 1 day to 30th of each year.
