It seems to be a question of laying eggs and raising chickens ..... but it is not! China has many talents? Compared with the United States, it is less, and it is still too much compared with the domestic audience who can understand them. When many high-energy China musicians are thriving abroad, domestic audiences are still at a loss (not counting women's Twelve Musicians, I mean the level of Wang Yujia). Why can't they get that grade at home, but they must all be abroad? Did they die as soon as they got abroad? Experts all know that the same set of tracks can be blown up when performed abroad, and half of the domestic audience can walk away. However, some domestic tracks may be blown to death by music critics if they are taken abroad. Don't mix up in the future. Yes, Chopin and Beethoven can play anywhere, but which player wants to be the same all his life?
There is a naked contempt chain in the music field, not only for musicians, but also for audiences. China's first-line musicians are all world-class, so it's not shameful to put them anywhere. However, domestic high-level musicians are often not recognized in China, and musicians who mix well in China are mainly household names in China, if not abroad. These people have one thing in common-vulgarity! What is even more frightening is that talented musicians in China have to create so-called favorite works in order to survive, which runs counter to their own musical ideals in exchange for food rations. The most terrible thing is that we musicians, who obviously have the potential of international masters, have no chance to go abroad to work hard for various reasons, and are suppressed alive in China and become eccentric in the eyes of ordinary people. Sometimes it's not even a question of money, but the lack of an audience who understands art. Just like some Beijing opera artists, no matter how good they sing, if they don't have fans, they are just a strange old man with an alley mouth.
Of course, you can say that you don't want to stay in the United States, of course ... If you look at the number of alumni of the Central Committee and Shanghai Conservatory of Music in any European and American country after the reform and opening up, you will find that there are really few left in China.
You can also say, why are they not popular? ..... Is red the only indicator for you to evaluate music? A musician refers to a person who loves music and gives his life for it. Sometimes he can be a singer, but he is more likely to be a composer, a teacher or a violinist in an orchestra. Generally speaking, they are more like scholars. For them, the word red is not necessarily a good thing. .......
There is also a mainstream trend of thought, that is, regardless of the level of music, different vegetables and radishes have their own tastes ..... This is used by ignorant people to beautify themselves! Kindergarten children don't know a few words, but they may be able to understand the composition of primary school students. Pupils can understand a simple story after learning Chinese for several years, and literary novels are hopeless. Middle school students can understand the romantic novel Jin Yong, but Milan Kundera can hardly appreciate it, while college students may barely read Hegel and think about it. How many years did you learn Chinese to understand this? You only had a few music classes in primary school. You told me you know music? ..... vegetables and carrots? Anyone who can be called a musician is someone who has studied for tens of thousands of hours. You said that you learn radish and I like vegetables, so we are neck and neck? You studied guitar for five days, and you can play four chords and three songs, which forced me ... one day you met Lang Lang, and you told him that we were neck and neck?
In short, when I was in a record store in Tokyo, I looked at the record stalls on several floors. I watched all kinds of listeners wandering in front of their favorite categories, those who studied the inside pages of records with magnifying glasses, those who were obsessed with the sound played by Charlie Parker in 5 minutes and 23 seconds ... instead of rushing into the pop category, or those who didn't even bother to buy pop songs and downloaded free mp3 directly. .....
You told me for ten years?
Decades ago, Japanese audiences were like this ... China audiences have been like this for decades. ......
