8. Supervise and inspect Party B's temporary electricity equipment and facilities according to relevant temporary electricity consumption standards. 9. Archive the list of Party B's special operators, copies of operation certificates and training records.

Two. Rights, responsibilities and obligations of Party B:

Strictly implement the national technical specifications and safety operation procedures for temporary electricity use and mechanical equipment use in the construction site, and take overall management responsibility for temporary electricity use in the construction area under its jurisdiction.

Third, use electricity safely.

1. Provide Party A with a written application for temporary electricity use. When equipment and facilities need to increase capacity, they must go through the application procedures for electricity consumption again.

2. Ensure that all kinds of electrical equipment and facilities under the jurisdiction of Class B distribution box are in good condition. Temporary electricity facilities and equipment must use qualified products from regular manufacturers. It is forbidden to use fake and shoddy products, strengthen maintenance, and prohibit all kinds of mechanical and electrical equipment from running in spite of illness. Ensure that temporary electricity consumption meets relevant safety electricity consumption standards.

3, the implementation of temporary electricity safety technical disclosure system, to the operators of the construction area under their jurisdiction for temporary electricity safety technical disclosure, to avoid illegal command, illegal operation and misoperation, to ensure the safety of electricity.

4. When using the temporary power supply provided by Party A, put forward rectification opinions to Party A for the power supply that does not meet the temporary power consumption standards. Temporary power consumption problems or hidden dangers raised by Party A in safety inspection must be seriously rectified as required.

5. Special operations personnel shall receive vocational skills and safety production training before taking up their posts. Unqualified and undocumented personnel without safety education and training shall not work at their posts. Special operations personnel must work in accordance with relevant regulations. Provide Party A with the roster of special operators, copies of operation certificates and training records.

Fourth, the use of mechanical and electrical equipment

1. Party B shall provide Party A with technical documents and factory instructions related to mechanical equipment, and must also provide safety technical inspection certificates issued by professional inspection units, otherwise it shall not be put into use.

2. The installation and disassembly of hoisting machinery and equipment must be carried out by qualified units and professionals, and special personnel shall be appointed for regular maintenance. Mechanical equipment that does not meet the safety requirements and cannot be repaired must be stopped immediately and evacuated from the construction site.

All personnel participating in the construction operation must abide by the discipline of production safety, wear work permit (card) and safety helmet to enter the construction site, and strictly abide by the relevant provisions of this safety technology operating procedure when working, and take up their posts safely, without violating regulations, leaving their posts without permission, or working after drinking. 5. Non-professional operators are forbidden to use all kinds of mechanical equipment, and offenders will be fined 100 yuan ~ 1000 yuan.

6. Fighting and gambling are strictly prohibited on the construction site, and the penalty is 100 yuan.

7. After the fine occurs, it will be deducted in full when the project payment is allocated next time.

This agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party.

This agreement has the same term as the construction contract signed by both parties. Sign this agreement at the same time as signing the construction contract. After the expiration of the construction contract, this agreement shall be terminated at the same time.
