Nancuizhuang Village, Lutai Street, Ninghe District, Tianjin Nancuizhuang Village is located at the southern end of Lutai Town, adjacent to Ninghe County Development Zone in the west, across the river from Fukang Garden in Lutai Town, east to Sanbahe Road (the boundary of Chen Zhuang) and south to Lu Han Road TEDA Wine Industry. The area under its jurisdiction is 945 mu, and the population of the village is 3,200.

1983 implemented the land contract system, and the land was distributed to households. 1992 village land was expropriated, and the village population changed from agriculture to non-agriculture in 2003. People began to change their thinking, borrowed superior geographical advantages, and began to develop individual enterprises and tertiary industries. After several years of development, there are currently 23 village private enterprises, mainly engaged in paper products, radiators, mechanical processing, decorative materials and other industries, which have solved the employment problem of some people.
