The asset certificate shall be submitted to the capital verification report on start-up assets evaluation and expenses issued by the state-recognized evaluation and capital verification institution, and the property rights shall be stated. To donate school property, a donation agreement must be submitted, indicating the name of the donor, the amount, use and management of the donated assets, and relevant valid documents;
