However, as a mother, I and the careful kindergarten teachers found that Xixi has changed a lot.
Xixi is cautious and has a sense of distance from strangers, which makes him unique among children. I remember that in the first few classes, Xixi always sat far away from the children and teachers, even with his back to everyone, sitting nervously, motionless, watching everything around him warily, not answering questions and disobeying instructions, for fear of any contact with others. Slowly, Xixi was attracted by various teaching AIDS, vivid and interesting stories and various activities, and gradually moved closer to everyone and interacted with them. Today, Xixi came to the early education class casually and liked it very much. Every Wednesday afternoon and Saturday morning, when he hears the cry "It's time for children to get up" in his sleep, he will open his eyes smartly, get up with a grunt, and get dressed in a hurry for fear of being late.
In the early education class, Xixi learned to share, to cooperate and compete, and to be orderly. Before, when Xixi was with her neighbors' children, she always kept a certain distance from them, holding her own toys in her hand and keeping a close eye on them, but she never lent her toys to her children to play with and never wanted them. Other children exchange words with him, and sometimes even cry bitterly, but they just look at their favorite children's toys. He thinks that his own things can't be given to others, others' things can't be taken, and what he likes doesn't need to be won, and he can't be won. But in the early education class, there is often a process of exchanging musical instruments, and he understands that his things can be exchanged with others. In art class, sometimes two or three children use a box of oil pastels or paint boxes, and he knows how to share them with others.
In the activity class, several times, the children were asked to lift the hula hoop in pairs. Xixi had to lift the hula hoop with a child to complete the activity, so she learned to cooperate with others and was willing to cooperate.
There are wooden horses, big inflatable balls, bubble serve and so on in the classroom. Xixi always waited for no children to play at first. Later, he found that he could "grab" with children, "occupy" the classroom earlier and "choose" faster, so he learned to compete with others and dared to compete.
Sliding slides, leading instruments and rainbow umbrella holes all need to line up, so Xixi understands the importance of order.
I am delighted with the changes in Xixi, and I thank Taihang Early Education Center. Xixi likes coming to the early education center and the teachers here, because there are many advantages and characteristics here. First of all, I feel sorry for the teachers in the early education center. The teachers here are amiable, have their own specialties and are conscientious. More importantly, they really love children, always give encouragement and affirmation patiently, and carefully discover the advantages of children. Xixi didn't want to introduce himself. I wanted to pull him to the teacher's side. Teacher Feng, Teacher Guo and Teacher Qu all said, "Don't push the child." When the roll call is made, Xixi takes courage to raise his fist, and they will definitely say "Yes, Xixi has made progress". When Xixi gently puts the musical instrument into the box, Mr. Feng and Mr. Guo will say, "Xixi is great, don't throw the musical instrument about." Xixi put the finished book in its original position neatly. Teacher Qu said, "Xixi is becoming more and more disciplined!" After class, Xiximei put a small chair. Teacher Qu said, "Thank you, Xixi, for helping the teacher clean up the desks and chairs." Similar words are too numerous to mention, and I am deeply moved every time. Because, as an educator, I understand how important it is for children's mental development and ability training to encourage their progress and discover and praise their advantages in time in early education.
Secondly, I want to deeply feel the courses and activities of the early education center. The curriculum here is in line with the development characteristics of children aged 0-3, entertaining, active in class, and diverse in teaching methods and teaching AIDS, which are deeply loved by babies. Some classroom activities are directly connected with preschool education. Tell the baby to train some skills and habits in order to adapt to the life in kindergarten. Besides the courses, I was deeply impressed by the activities organized here. At the Christmas party last year1February, teachers and children wore Christmas costumes, interesting silver bars, beautiful safe fruits, masks painted by themselves, delicious big cakes, and our family of three sang on the stage, and so on ... Xixi still remembers it vividly, from which she felt the joy of collective games and looked forward to the collective life of the kindergarten in the future. If Christmas parties give babies more opportunities for fun and parent-child interaction, then the flea market is an excellent opportunity to improve their social skills, cultivate financial quotient, exercise their courage and explore their potential. As soon as I received the notice of the activity, I asked Xixi to take out some toys that he didn't need to sell or exchange. He immediately said, "Sell that Altman." This Altman plastic model is so big that Xixi thinks it looks ferocious, annoying and even a little scared. At noon on the day of the activity, when I took it out from the bottom of the toy box, Xixi cried and refused to take it or look at it. So grandma Xixi packed it in black plastic bags and took it to the early education center. Once at the event, Cece couldn't wait to sell Altman. I don't know where he got the courage. He shouted loudly everywhere: "Whoever wants Altman will sell it for a dollar!" "After a while, he shouted," Who wants Altman for fifty cents! " "After a while, Meng Meng picked it up and looked at it. She didn't like it and left. Xixi quickly picked it up by herself, ran after it and asked MengMeng if she wanted it. Meng Meng still didn't want it, so Xixi tried to figure out Altman, touched his head and twisted his arms and legs, without any fear of Altman being at home. Then Xixi sold Smurfs and Cubs to two children, shook hands with them and made a deal. At the end of the activity, she finally "sold" Altman to Teacher Dong. After the activity, I was particularly surprised and grateful. If it weren't for this activity, I would feel that Xixi is a coward like others, and it is difficult to make great achievements in the future. But his great changes made me realize that there is actually a powerful driving force in the child's heart, and he will burst into great courage and perseverance for his own goals. Third, I want to feel the management and mechanism of the early education center. The teachers here are very professional. We can often see teachers go out to study on WeChat, and we can also see Director Hao Yanyun giving lectures to teachers at ordinary times. From having a special teacher to welcome the babies to class, to the process of class, to the environmental management of the early education center, the organization of every activity can be seen everywhere. Two years ago, my colleagues were very dissatisfied with some teachers here. But I didn't find these situations in the year when I was in Xixi class, because our teachers are constantly improving and upgrading through formal management and regular study.
Birds grow up day by day, and eventually they will fly high, and our' baby' is also growing up gradually, leaving the teachers who work hard, love and teach, and will set sail from here and enter another post station of life. I wish all the babies happy and I hope they will always remember the teachers here.
