Try to talk about a picture book or a set of departments or a series every week from this week. Try to record some picture books I read with my children, happy reading time between parents and children, interesting quotations from children, and interesting questions and thoughts of children.
This week is the first time. Since this is the first time, let's start with the child's first picture book.
The Taste of the Moon is the first of thousands of picture books read by children. As for this one, we have read it for a whole year and read it 100 times, and I can recite it backwards. Every time a child chooses a book and adds a new book, he never leaves the taste of the moon, which is called a flowing picture book and the taste of the moon in armor. Haha, I don't know why I am so attractive to my 2~3 year old daughter. I still remember that when her children went to kindergarten, she boldly and confidently shared this picture book with her children. She didn't know a few words at that time.

The taste of the moon
What kind of story does this book tell?
Every night, animals always look at the moon in the sky and think: What's the smell of the moon? I really want a drink! But no matter how they stretch their necks, hands and legs, they can't reach the moon.
One day, a little turtle made up his mind that he would climb to the highest mountain to touch the moon. Climbing to the top of the mountain, the moon is much closer, but it is still out of reach. So tortoise is called elephant, elephant is called giraffe, then giraffe is called zebra, zebra is called lion, lion is called fox, fox says what is monkey, and monkey is called mouse. The moon always jumps higher so that they can't reach it. However, this time, the moon looked at the mouse and thought, "such a small guy can't catch me." The moon is also tired. This time it didn't move. Unexpectedly, "click!" The mouse bit off a piece of the moon. The mouse took a bite and gave the animal a bite of the moon. Everyone thinks that the taste of the moon is the best thing they have ever eaten. That night, the tortoise, elephant, giraffe, zebra, lion, fox, monkey and mouse all fell asleep together.
Looking at all this, a small fish couldn't understand: "Why do they try so hard to pick up the moon in the sky?" Isn't there another one? Well, it's in the water, beside me. "
* * * Reading time &; Interesting idea
When our parents and children started reading this picture book, we didn't have this picture book at home, but borrowed it from the early education center. I borrow it for a week at a time and pay it back the first time it expires. On the day of coming back, the children clamored to read The Taste of the Moon. Where do I get a copy? I had to tell her about it from memory. The next day I went to the early education center to borrow it, and we borrowed it and returned it. Finally, on New Year's Day 20 10, our first picture book was put on our bookshelf. It is different to have a set of books. Children can take it out at any time and tell us with their eyes closed.
I just started studying, and my children are less than 2 years old, and some of them still don't understand. For example, in the first picture of the text (the words in the picture book are also the main body of the picture book, including not only words but also pictures, and the picture book is rarely marked with page numbers, of course), the child can count 9 pairs of eyes, but at first it doesn't correspond to which animal to count. Parents don't have to worry, wait for their children, and the children will react the second time and the third time. Oh, the eyes of small fish in the water do not count. When the child suddenly realized, he was dumbfounded and held his face in his hands. That kind of pride beyond self; The kind of happy eyes that I finally found will be moved for a long time every time I think about them.
Tortoise is called elephant, elephant is called giraffe, then giraffe is called zebra, zebra is called lion, lion is called fox, fox says what is called monkey, and monkey is called mouse. My 2-year-old daughter often asks us to hold her who doesn't want to walk. Where is the tortoise going to call the elephant? Aren't you tired of going down the mountain and then up the mountain? These problems are not decided by parents, but should be guided step by step and sometimes diverge. This process is quite interesting. If only adults read a few lines of text, there is nothing to see in the picture book. The key is to read the text and pictures with children, and questions and thoughts will follow.
At first, the children were very worried about the little turtle at the bottom, afraid that the elephant would hurt it, and that there were more and more animals on it and the turtle would be injured. But dad said it was a thousand-year-old turtle, and the shell was hard, so the little guy was relieved. Sometimes empathy can only be felt more deeply if you have this kind of love connection with your child.
We not only read books, but sometimes we play together. My father is a tortoise, my mother is an elephant, and my child is a giraffe. All kinds of dolls are made by other animals to reach the "moon" on the ceiling, or all the dolls are stacked together to reach the moon-cookies in her hand. There is more than one way to read picture books. * * * The same deductive picture book is also an excellent parent-child reading method.
A good picture book, even if the child can't read, only needs the child to "read" the picture to understand the main idea. Moreover, children are born with "reading" talent, and they can easily capture the differences and nuances in the picture, such as the first nine pairs of eyes, which were discovered by children when they first read, with questions: Whose eyes are these? Go to * * * to read a book, and read it well with questions. I have no experience in reading picture books for the first time. I picked them up and looked at the words on them, but the children were different. They naturally like to look at pictures, but I can't do without them. I don't know a few words. Children should not only look at the main body, cover, ring lining and title page, but also carefully look at the back cover. Sometimes these cover so many things that I have to take them seriously as a mother. Who says adults know more than children? ! It was a smile for the moon that turned the page. Later, the moon was sad. The child said that the moon was bitten and cried. A big tear of the moon woke up the small fish in the water. Sometimes the child's explanation makes you feel refreshed and unexpected. ...
As for the taste of the moon? Every time I watch it, the child's reply is different!
I don't know what interesting things or unexpected problems you have when you are reading with your children. Does your child smell like the moon?

[Postscript: Coincidentally, when the child was almost 2 years old, we saw some picture books on the bookshelf of an early education center (I had never touched them before), and saw the smell of the moon on the bookshelf. From then on, we gradually came into contact with picture books. From the age of 2 to 7, we read thousands of picture books, some of which have been read only once, and of course there are also. In this way, we have read for five or six years, from picture books to bridge books to textbooks, and children's independent reading has been successfully cultivated in my parent-child reading. 〗
