Why take the subway in the opposite direction?
When I got off work yesterday, I took the subway and went in the opposite direction. Originally, I took a one-stop transfer and ended up at the China Pavilion subway station in Pudong. Fortunately, I found it after one stop.

This reminds me that when I took my children to an early education audition course, I left my children's names as my own several times, and then I often received a phone call. Are you the parent of xx child? Xx is my name.

These two things are trivial things in life. I didn't care before, but now I know why there are such embarrassing things. I found that the reasons behind them are nothing more than these:

1. Many times our behavior is autonomous driving, not what I am doing, but what my subconscious is doing.

Take the subway as an example. I took the opposite direction because I changed the entrance, and then I got on the subway according to the habit of the previous entrance when I got on the subway. I didn't look up at the direction, my heart was not in the present, thinking about work or life.

If it is an unfamiliar subway station, I will look at the direction carefully, but I won't make a mistake.

The deviation caused by familiarity.

The solution is: when you get in the car, pause your thoughts and remind yourself what you are doing now.

2. Life pressure is too great, which increases the chances of making mistakes;

Need to release pressure, give yourself hints and look for opportunities for entertainment and relaxation. In the past, I set myself life dimensions including career, family, personal growth, health and wealth, but there was no entertainment.

Set aside time for relaxation and entertainment, such as choosing a sunny afternoon, sitting in front of the floating window and watching favorite movies in front of the green trees and red flowers outside the house, not for growth, but for fun.
