The examination is divided into written examination and interview. This exam does not specify exam counseling books, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to hold exam counseling training courses.

(2) Interview

2. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who fail to reach the qualified score will not be hired.
Six, the calculation method of grades
Total score = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%. Keep two digits after the decimal point by rounding.
Seven, the Municipal Education Bureau of Tieling Teachers College and other seven schools recruitment measures shall be stipulated separately, please refer to the "Tieling Teachers College and other seven municipal schools recruitment supplementary notice".
Eight, physical examination and assessment
According to the total score of the examination, according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1: 1, the participants in the physical examination and assessment are determined from high score to low score. When the total score of the last person in the proportion is tied, the person with the highest academic level and interview results will enter in turn. Physical examination and assessment shall be organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
Nine. Publicity and employment
The leading group for open recruitment of municipal institutions shall determine the equal number of candidates according to the total score of the examination and the investigation, and make publicity for not less than 7 working days. After the publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. All hired personnel should report within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice, and those who fail to report within the time limit will be disqualified. The probation period of the employed personnel is one year. After the probation period expires, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will organize a comprehensive assessment, and those who pass will be formally hired, while those who fail will be dismissed.
