When do you go to early education?
After learning a lot of early education materials and asking some kindergarten teachers and parents, I think it is most appropriate for children to take some systematic early education courses from the age of 4 to 5.

Why choose 4-5 years old? It is because at this stage, children basically have the ability to think independently, and children have a certain self-management ability and can listen carefully.

Children attending early childhood classes must have the following abilities:

concentrate

The most difficult thing for most children to adapt to when they first come into contact with early education classes is to concentrate for nearly 30 minutes, while sitting quietly in a chair (except for early education classes).

From this point of view, it is impossible for young children to complete. They didn't get into the habit of taking classes in kindergarten. If you suddenly send your child to an early education class, the child will not adapt and will be easily excluded from class.

linguistic competence

Early education classes not only need children to listen carefully, but also need children to give feedback. Many parents blindly send their children to early education classes when their children can't even speak clearly, which is unreasonable in itself.

Especially in some early language classes, if you just want to cultivate your child's language ability, you can expose your child to some original documents or cartoons, which is better than sending them directly to early language classes.

Social skills

Man is a gregarious animal. Parents are worried that their children can't get along better with children in kindergarten, so in order to exercise their social skills, they send their children to early education classes.

Here, I want to emphasize that before the age of 4, children's main social activities should be centered on parents and family, and it is not very useful to associate with peers too early.

For a simple example, most adults will contact their classmates in high school and junior high school. Basically, there are very few students before primary school, let alone those in kindergarten.

This also shows that children's social needs in kindergarten are not very high.

Reasoning ability

Not only that, but now many early education classes are more about cultivating logical thinking, asking an open question and giving children discussion and thinking. The golden age of children's thinking is from 3 to 6 years old.

They are too young to understand what the teacher said quickly and can't keep up with the progress of other children. After a long time, it will hurt children's self-confidence.

There is no need to rush to give children early education. The key is that parents should have a peaceful heart.
