Yueyang No.1 Middle School overlooks Dongting and Junshan, facing Yueyang Tower shoulder to shoulder and across the street. It was founded in 1903 and has a history of 1 10 years. It is a rare century-old famous school in northern Hunan and the first batch of key middle schools listed in Hunan Province. It is formed by the merger of Lilian Middle School of Guangdong Army, Lilian Normal School of Guangdong Army and No.11 Middle School of the country (province). It is the first batch of listed key middle schools in Hunan Province, the first batch of named demonstration high schools and the first batch in China. The campus covers an area of more than 80,000 square meters, with more than 60,000 square meters of buildings, reasonable layout and complete supporting facilities. The campus is a "garden-style" unit and a "garden-style" school at the provincial and municipal levels.
