1, the qualified quality of the inspection lot shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The quality sampling of master control project and general project is qualified.
(2) Have a complete construction operation basis and quality inspection records.
2. The qualified quality of subdivisional work shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The inspection lot contained in the sectional works shall meet the requirements of qualified quality.

3. The qualified quality of divisional works shall meet the following requirements:

4. Qualified unit project quality shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The divisional works (sub-units) contained in the unit works (sub-units) shall meet the requirements of qualified quality.
(2) Quality control data should be complete.
(3) The unit project (sub-unit project) contains the test data on the safety and functionality of sub-projects and should be complete.
(4) The spot check results of major functional items shall conform to relevant quality acceptance specifications.
(5) The visual quality acceptance shall meet the requirements.
Third, fire safety responsibilities
(a) the implementation of fire safety responsibility system, formulate the fire safety system and fire safety operating rules of the unit, and formulate fire fighting and emergency evacuation plans;
(two) in accordance with national standards and industry standards, the allocation of fire facilities and equipment, set up fire safety signs, and organize regular inspection and maintenance to ensure that it is in good condition and effective;
