It is reported that the project is jointly invested and constructed by Wuhou Water Affairs Bureau, Sichuan Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Environmental Protection Industry Group Co., Ltd., Chengdu Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and China Power Construction Group Chengdu Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., with a total investment of1333,868,900 yuan. The investor established the construction unit Sichuan Nengtou Livable Waterfront Construction Co., Ltd., and the project was handed over to Chengdu Construction Engineering Group for project construction.
