Is the children's thinking class on the market useful now? What kind of effect can it achieve?
Let me explain my background first, male, engineer, the father of a 7-year-old baby, and the coordinate imperial city.

My child 1 year-old started sports treasure early education. Later, when their children were over 5 years old, the teacher told me that they had opened a new brand called Tong Wangxing, which offered courses on thinking, emotional intelligence, financial quotient and brain mapping for children aged 4- 12. I thought my child would be in the first grade soon, and it was a good transition for him to take these classes. In addition, I had a good relationship with one of their teachers, so I wanted to give it a try, and the children signed up if they liked it.

Their classes are relatively novel. The course is equipped with hand-drawn electronic courseware, which has been carried out in the form of stories and games. A class may use a lot of teaching AIDS, and the teacher is very infectious. After several experiences, the children liked it very much, so we signed up.

At that time, the children had not yet gone to primary school, and there was plenty of time. For more than a year, they have hardly missed a class. It is obvious that the breadth and depth of children's thinking have been improved. Specifically, it is divided into the following points:

1, the information processing ability has been significantly improved.

This is the description of the game they played in class. For example, in a game where cars are faster than cars, they will give each child a red, yellow and blue car. The teacher will ask the child to react quickly while reading the password. For example, the teacher may say that yellow comes first, and blue is not as fast as red, so let the children line up in the right order. In this process, first of all, children need to be highly focused. Secondly, children may deal with one password and one action in the early stage, and they can easily decompose large pieces of information in their minds without action in the later stage. Therefore, after the child goes to primary school, I think it is very helpful for him to deal with the application problem.

2. Reasoning ability is improved.

There are many brain-burning games in their courses. To tell the truth, when I first listened to them, I looked puzzled, let alone a child. But what they advocate is trial and error. They are not in a hurry to let the children tell the answer quickly, but give them tools to help them think for themselves and encourage them to try several times until they finally get the answer. For example, some well-known cross-river games, as well as games in which the first two people are red hats and infer what color hats they are. I don't think it has much to do with what he learned at school. Sometimes similar problems may be encountered in the additional questions, but I think it is good for the child to strengthen the exercise in this area, so that he can have a very clear idea when he meets any problems in life.

3. Divergent thinking is exercised.

This may simply say that the effect of thinking class is a bit inappropriate, because my children are taking all four classes, which is related to the brain map class. If parents have children at home, it should be clear that the current curriculum exercises are … "unique …", and you may need to go the wrong way to get the answer. Children pay more attention to the development of children's thinking in the curriculum. They will not easily deny their children's answers, but will encourage and guide them to make different answers to the same question. For example, there may be classifications in their exercises. You can classify them according to color, function, wearing parts and so on.

In September this year, the child just went to elementary school and suddenly became nervous. There are not as many thinking classes as before, but I will take him to class when I have time. But to be honest, my focus on this course has always been on emotional intelligence and brain map. Needless to say, the brain map is a tool, and now I have learned to benefit for life. EQ class is because children are really shy. This year, they have changed a lot, become more lively and dare to speak in front of people, so I hope I can continue to finish this course.

As for other thinking courses, I have never been exposed to them, so I really dare not express my opinions casually. However, I think teaching a child should be based on the child's situation. Be sure to see if the child likes it or not, otherwise it will be his burden to learn anything. With this burden, he can't learn well. What's more, parents should not encourage others. They should not become prodigies through thinking training and brain development. They don't ask their children to succeed, but it is enough to ask them to see more things.
