situation analysis

Through a semester of kindergarten life, the children in our class have changed from crying dolls who just entered the kindergarten to cute dolls who try to contact and feel the people, things, things and atmosphere in the kindergarten, and gradually become the little masters in this "small society": Listen, they are warmly greeting you; Look, they are busy preparing food for you at the doll's house; Now they are willing to make friends with different partners. Everyone has 2~3 good friends who are willing to associate with their peers. Through telephone interviews during the winter vacation and conversations with parents in the first week, I know that most children in our class are in good health, only four children have a cold, and 1 child has a bad stomach. When the child is a guest or a small host, be polite to others; Willing to show yourself to others; I like listening to stories and watching cartoons at home. During the Spring Festival, due to the rich schedule of parents' activities, some children's life and rest have been disrupted and they can't take a nap on time. The family is highly dependent, and everything is arranged by parents instead. When school started, I spent a happy and warm winter vacation at home. Life in kindergarten is both familiar and slightly unfamiliar to most children, and needs to be adapted again: to peers, to group life, to class life and to routine activities. At the same time, four new students came to our class, three of whom quickly adapted to kindergarten life and participated in activities with the group. Only one child showed crying and missed his parents, and his adaptability was poor. This semester is the continuation, reflection, progress and improvement of last semester. In last semester's activities, there are still many shortcomings in our class: for example, the scope of children's communication has expanded, but there are often aggressive behaviors and disputes between children; In the development of language, children have less experience and weak ability to use and transfer language vocabulary; Children's routines need to be adhered to; Homework is only a coordination stage, which fails to achieve cooperation and effectiveness.
