On March 10, I came to the radio and television art kindergarten in the radio and television center with great excitement to observe the award-winning students who just finished some time ago? Gardener's cup? Excellent class presentation. This is a very rare learning opportunity, and I am very grateful to the leaders for arranging me to study.
In the morning, I listened to four classes, including two sports classes, (the first class ended because of traffic jam at the venue), "Brave Jump" and two language classes, "Naughty Bunny" and "It's good to be at home".
What impressed me the most was the first two sections of physical education class. Physical activity is an indispensable activity in children's life, because physical activity can not only exercise children's drilling, climbing, walking, running and other actions, but also allow children to initially establish routines in the process of activities, which is much more profound than what teachers teach and more effective to implement, so physical activity is an indispensable education in children's life.
The first class was marked by a young male teacher. Before that, I thought the host invited me to preside over this quality class. His way of attending classes is different from ours. After the whole class, the children have been having a good time, which makes us really feel that the children are learning through games, and we can also see that the children are having a good time, and the teacher's teaching goal has been achieved. The atmosphere in the classroom was also very pleasant until the end.
Teachers have adopted different teaching methods in two classrooms in physical education class. The former is to play more with one thing and use a banner to run through all kinds of games in a class. The latter is exploration, which allows children to freely explore how to cross the Woods and how to move themselves when sitting in a chair with their feet on the ground. The teacher's active tone and in-place guidance make the children immersive. In the face of children's play, giving appropriate encouragement can better mobilize children's participation.
In their education and teaching, I can see that they respect the age characteristics of children in each class and design corresponding teaching plans. At the same time, it can fully mobilize children's enthusiasm, give play to children's imagination and creativity, and cultivate children's actions such as balance, walking, crawling and drilling by creating plots. Well done! In the process of implementation, teachers' language is concise, the requirements are clear, the demonstration is in place, and all links are too natural. Teachers' appropriate guidance and intervention give full play to the leading role of children and mobilize their initiative, participation and enthusiasm in activities. Through the lessons of these three teachers, I deeply realized that my language organization ability needs to be strengthened, and the activity requirements must be simple and clear.
Although I have been working for the second year, there are still many things I don't understand and shortcomings. So I hope that through this activity, I can continue to grow, learn from the advantages of other teachers and find my own shortcomings. After reading four teachers' classes, I deeply realized the teachers' sense of responsibility for their work, and also saw the carefully designed teaching plans and exquisite operating materials made by the teachers. The lessons are different and worth learning.

On the morning of April 20th, it was sunny and the kindergarten music class was very lively. Today, the kindergarten launched an open class. The last class in the morning is music appreciation. The children moved happily in the music. Every child is so confident and lively! In a blink of an eye, this class will be over. The half-day open class is over. In this open class, I gained a lot, not only seeing my daughter's progress, but also her shortcomings. Another feeling is the hard work of the teacher.
