Self-evaluation of preschool education practice
Time flies, and it has been four months since I came to kindergarten as an intern in a blink of an eye. Four months of internship, in addition to rich work experience and knowledge, the biggest gain is the word "change". The transformation from campus thinking mode to workplace thinking mode has laid the foundation for adapting to workplace life as soon as possible in the future. From kindergarten, we should ask ourselves to follow the teacher's standards. We should not bring students' behavior into the working environment, but we should keep a modest attitude when learning new knowledge. The four-month internship is coming to an end, and my feelings can only be summarized in eight words: "Although it is hard, it is very fulfilling." I thought it was a long time at first. Four months. When will it end? However, in a blink of an eye, the last month has arrived. When this day really came, I suddenly had a feeling that I couldn't give up my internship. The practice in kindergarten made me gain a lot of knowledge in happiness and learned a lot of practical experience in kindergarten, which laid a solid foundation for my future work and became my precious wealth.
When I stepped into the gate of the kindergarten, I saw children's small works, eye-catching decorations and children's recipes for the day, and then a large children's playground. Seeing everything in front of me, I felt that I suddenly returned to my childhood and entered the fairy tale kingdom and the world of children.
As soon as I entered the classroom, I saw snowflakes, toys, building blocks and teaching AIDS all over the floor. Just like when they were sent here from different families, they broke down again. Over the past few months, I have worked hard to train them and never asked them to read the text well. I just hope they are polite and know when to say sorry, when to say thank you and when to say hello. I never ask them to sing correctly. I just want them to sing and dance happily and never stop them when they are laughing and slapping. I just want them to remember to put the toys back, as long as they don't deprive their companions of happiness. When I get along with them these days, I always communicate with them in the way of other teachers. No need to discipline loudly. They are more obedient than other big brothers and sisters. Don't beat and scold them. Hold them and talk. Once or twice, they won't make mistakes. One third of the day, they are all by my side. Every child is the same. They are mine and their parents gave them to me. This group of children, less than three years old on average, should be with their parents and enjoy the care at this time, but because their parents have no time to take care of their work, they are put here. Parents of children say that children grow up only once, and it is a pity to miss so many. How can I be lucky to see so many children grow up? Because their parents are busy, they have to send their children to kindergarten before they go to small classes, and I can't feed them one by one. Therefore, they must learn to stand on their own feet. They must stop losing their temper and eating until they learn to eat with their own spoons, from always eating rice residue all over the floor to being able to eat. I cherish all this. I gave them what they could get anywhere, but what they gave me was special and priceless.
Every afternoon at three o'clock, I always help them finish their snacks, tidy up their clothes and appearance, comb their hair and wait for their parents to pick them up.
Internship is really a good opportunity for us, not only to see our abilities clearly, but also to find a kind of knowledge completely different from books. The ancients often said: it is better to listen than to see, and it is better to see than to do. People can develop so much, of course, not by imagination. How can they develop step by step without doing it step by step? During the four-month internship, I learned about the nature, obligations and responsibilities of my future work from all aspects.
Through listening to lectures, I have a preliminary understanding of teachers' teaching methods and a general grasp of the teaching characteristics of students of different ages. Teachers said that kindergartens pay attention to cultivating students' health, language, society, science and art, and all fields penetrate each other to promote the development of children's emotions, attitudes, abilities, knowledge and skills from different angles. Among them, what I think is more distinctive and wonderful is their chat time from 8: 00 to 8: 20 before class, that is, language training. The development of language ability is developed in the process of application. The key to developing children's language is to create an environment in which children want to speak, feel, like to speak, have the opportunity to speak and get positive responses. Individual communication between teachers and children and free communication between children are of special significance to children's language development. Here the teacher first leads to a topic that children are interested in, and then the children raise their hands to speak and talk about their own views around this topic. Children of this age are very enthusiastic about raising their hands, and they can't wait to put their hands in the air to let the teacher know that he has raised his hands. Raise your hand enthusiastically, and the classroom atmosphere is extremely active. After everyone has expressed their opinions, the teacher will explain her opinions to them, which not only corrects some children's incorrect opinions in time, but also exchanges the feelings between teachers and students well, and the language ability has improved a lot unconsciously, which can be described as killing two birds with one stone.
In the past, I paid more attention to the theoretical research on the characteristics of children's physical and mental development and the research on early childhood education at home and abroad, and often ignored the concern about the rules of children's life and rest. This kindergarten internship, the first complete observation of kindergarten life, found that in fact, training children's daily routine, cultivating children's behavior habits and self-care ability is also an important work, a knowledge worth learning. Teacher Huang is good at using the opportunity to give random education to children and combine planned education with random education. For example, two children in our class waste hand sanitizer. Teacher Huang will explain to the children how the hand sanitizer in our kindergarten came from, so don't waste it. We should strive to be thrifty children. These daily emergencies have become opportunities for teachers to cultivate children's behavior habits.
There are also my own shortcomings in organizing children's activities, such as my inability to respond and deal with children's unexpected answers and unexpected behaviors and languages quickly and flexibly. I spoke of my own shortcomings and consulted my teacher. I come to the conclusion that most of it is because I am a novice teacher, and my shortcomings will be improved through slow tempering.
Through this internship, I have mastered some ways to get along with young children, which is a rare treasure. The internship made my thoughts mature gradually, and it also made me understand the truth that "learning to be excellent is to be an official". In the days to come, I will continue to work hard, constantly improve my shortcomings and improve my skills. These four months are not only precious memories in my life, but also the starting point of another part of my life. I believe I will do better in the future.
