At present, there are 1 12 teaching staff, 37 senior primary school teachers, and 13 provincial and municipal backbone teachers. Shangqiu Qixing Early Childhood Education Center started classes on September 1 2005. The center has set up 9 classes according to the standards of provincial demonstration parks. It is a newly-built preschool education center approved by Shangqiu liangyuan district Education Bureau. Relying on the second kindergarten in Shangqiu City, the new mechanism of "private assistance" was implemented. This center is an early education institution integrating 0-6 years old infant education, parents' class, teacher training, education and scientific research.
