Therefore, improving the natural environment for teaching and educating people is of key and long-term practical significance for students to develop good habits. At the beginning of this research topic, we began to improve our campus civilization construction.

We make use of the culture and art of the electronic display screen at the school gate, the corridor culture and art of the stairs, the toilet culture in the bathroom, the culture and art of the palace banquet in the morning and the gathering culture and art in the class exercises, giving the most immediate and effective standardized exercises at all times, creating a unique learning atmosphere, embodying the cultural connotation of the school, basically completing the teaching and educating scene in the natural environment of "there is no leisure place on campus and educating people everywhere", which highlights the cultural construction of our school.

From the point of view of school education, the problems of emphasizing aesthetic education over moral education and classroom teaching over social practice still exist. Although literacy education has been implemented for many years, the promotion of educational awareness still lags behind. Some schools unilaterally emphasize the admission rate, only pay attention to students' academic performance, but ignore moral education, only pay attention to the teaching of professional knowledge in classroom teaching and ignore the moral education function of social practice activities. From the perspective of family education, some families have outdated family education consciousness, attach importance to wisdom and despise morality, and ignore the all-round development of students' literacy; From the perspective of community education, on the one hand, the fashion that the whole society pays attention to and uses the ideological and moral construction of minors has not yet fully emerged, and there are still many social natural environments and negative attitudes that are not conducive to the healthy and happy growth of minors.

On the other hand, the basic construction of teenagers' ideological and moral construction, in the fields of system and mechanism innovation, ideology, content and method, team management, budget and capital investment, and various policies, still has many unclear places with the new era. Education consists of school, family and society, which are indispensable, closely linked and harmonious.
