Basically, the courses are the same, mainly depending on the teaching mode. A friend of mine's children are attending classes in Mamaroko. She told me that classes are arranged according to age, and different courses are arranged at different ages. Most of the courses are attended by parents and children. Teachers can interact with children very well, which is good. I don't know much about others.
