Drill a small hole with a diameter not greater than 1mm at the bottom of the box. Make a display screen (made of very thin opaque paper) that can move back and forth in the box. Aim the bottom of the box at the object to be observed, cover the box with a black cloth on the person's head (it cannot transmit light), and observe by moving the display screen inside the box.
