First of all, thank you for giving me such an opportunity to stand here and tell you about my past and my ideal. Kindergarten teacher is my ideal career since I was a child. 1August, 999, I went to work enthusiastically, came among the children, and began to work in this sacred land. I study business hard, take part in every class seriously, and actively participate in every activity in kindergartens, counties and cities, with good results. I have had the happiness of being with my children, the hard work of burning the midnight oil, the joy of success, the ups and downs of struggle and the bitterness of forging ahead. In March of xx, I was hired as the business director of the kindergarten. My efforts and special post work have finally brought fruitful results. My professional level and various abilities have been exercised and improved, and my attitude of calm thinking, comprehensive analysis and proper solution has also been cultivated. I have read my bachelor's degree and will graduate soon. I can get a good ranking in all competitions. Many papers won national, provincial, municipal and county awards, and many papers were published in provincial, municipal and county journals. I participated in and presided over all the scientific research projects in kindergarten, and my teaching work and observation class were also appreciated by teachers and parents. It is because of these that I have the courage and confidence to stand here today and compete for the position of kindergarten business director. In addition to the competition, it is more important to show yourself and provide yourself with an opportunity to exercise.

A good director has many standards. If I were the business director, I would take the following points as my efforts:

1. First of all, you should have "five hearts":

(1) "loyalty". A kind of "loyalty" to education and a kind of love for work. With this article, we can bring out a good team and a good garden style, and we can create, achieve and develop in our work.

(2) "sincerity". Manage people's hearts, be caring, caring and sincere. Some people say that teachers have the hardest job, but I think teachers have the easiest job. As long as we trust the teacher, respect the teacher, understand the teacher, really think about the teacher and solve problems for the teacher, the teacher will understand and support our work.

(3) "Love" means loving kindergartens, teachers and children, and treating them as their relatives and friends.

(5) "normal heart". There is a kind of mind that is not shocked by honor and disgrace, a kind of open-minded and generous realm, not haggling over every ounce, not frivolous in the face of honor, not discouraged in the face of failure, educating teachers with their own words and deeds, infecting teachers and influencing teachers.

2. Modesty and prudence, lifelong learning, and constantly improve their abilities.

Nowadays, the social influence of preschool education is increasing, and the quality of teachers is also improving. Family and society have fully affirmed and paid attention to preschool education, and put forward higher requirements for kindergarten managers. If I want to give people a drop of water, I must have a bucket of water. If I were a young teacher, I would like to be a better business director. First of all, I should start with improving my comprehensive quality, spend more time and energy on new ideas of preschool education, teaching and research experiments, guiding teachers' teaching and related legal study, and constantly improve the ability of guiding teachers and assisting principals.

3. Pioneering and enterprising, go deep into the front line of teaching and be the leader of educational reform.

With the introduction of the new "Outline" for kindergartens, the education reform has been fully rolled out, and kindergartens are no longer the traditional relationship between teaching and learning. Therefore, I will actively participate in the front-line education reform, exercise myself in the practice of preschool education reform and teaching and scientific research experiments, learn interactively with teachers, go deep into classes to understand the teaching guarantee and teaching and scientific research situation of each class, and be the leader of kindergarten education reform.

4. Be brave in innovation, carry out kindergarten-based teaching and research, and enhance the connotation of kindergarten.

Solid and rich teaching and research can make a kindergarten full of vitality, let teachers unite and forge ahead, and let children benefit for life. Therefore, I will adhere to the principle of promoting research by teaching and teaching by research, and creatively carry out some teaching and research activities, especially in the training of young teachers, in combination with the activities of the Municipal Bureau and the characteristics of kindergarten teachers and children, so that young teachers can grow rapidly through various activities and become the main force of kindergarten development.

5, know people and be good at their duties, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and mobilize the enthusiasm of all teachers.

The improvement of work efficiency can not be separated from mobilizing teachers' enthusiasm and arranging teachers' work reasonably. Only by "knowing" can you be "appointed" There are more than a dozen teachers in kindergarten, with different ages, educational background, qualifications, hobbies and tempers. Therefore, I should pay attention to understanding people in real life and work, make full use of teachers, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and give people with different expertise different performance opportunities. Let every teacher find his own bright spot, feel his own irreplaceability and stimulate his work enthusiasm. At the same time, the requirements for teachers should be based on their own development and future, combine respect for trust with strict requirements, strive to be fair, upright and tolerant in their work, constantly reflect on their own shortcomings, correct them if they have any, and pay attention to caring for every teacher in kindergarten ideologically and in life, so that the kindergarten collective can become a United, enterprising and selfless collective.

The ancients said, "You should not be complacent for a while, but boast of your own abilities;": You can't be frustrated for a while, but you will fall into ambition. "I will use this sentence to encourage myself. If you trust me and choose me, I will live up to my mission and continue to do my job with all my strength. If I am not elected, I will not be discouraged. I will, as always, obey the division of labor and grow up happily in the post of kindergarten teacher.
