In my work, any small thing that is helpful to the smooth progress of activities and the promotion of art galleries is worthy of my serious completion, from which I can learn knowledge and experience. The following are the problems I encountered in my work and their solutions:
Whether it's the style of pictures and fonts in course ppt, the format of articles and pictures published by blogs, or email reply and blog return visit, or volunteers adding fetion and phone reminders before activities, or data collection and integration, text proofreading, or even writing express mail. After the first ppt was rejected, I knew that I had to do better than required to make continuous progress; Although I still get a lot of revisions every time, I rarely hear the expected "perfection", but it also strengthens my determination to "pursue perfection" constantly. After my first volunteer training was not in place, I spontaneously put forward a new idea of volunteer management and gradually took over most of the work of volunteer management. From being asked to being conscious and automatic, a lot of work has become a habit on the premise of conceptual identity.
I especially appreciate the practice of employees gathering to sum up activities after each activity. I feel a lot every time, and I also put forward many suggestions for improvement, which provide reference for the follow-up work. In fact, there is still a lot of room for improvement in art education activities and even the development of art galleries, so I am willing to actively contribute my wisdom and strength in it. Of course, during this period, many naive ideas put forward because of ignorance and inexperience are gradually becoming a reality; It was not until later that I was able to respond to some beautiful but meaningless opinions put forward by volunteers from the standpoint of the Ministry of Education of the Art Museum-that is, growth and progress; But growth does not mean taking the existing limitations as an excuse, but making far-reaching and practical efforts and surpassing.
For me, instead of thanking the art museum for giving me such an internship opportunity to exercise my ability, I would rather thank her for opening another window and giving me a new vision for the future. The activities and work of the Education Department of the Art Museum have made me further understand that "everyone is an artist" and "art is an exquisite life". At the same time, I especially benefited from his idea of free artistic creation. I dare not say that I will definitely embark on the road of education, but this experience has really made me have a deeper friendship with art education, preschool education and non-profit organizations.
Everyone who works hard in the art museum, especially liu ling, Vice Minister of Education, insists that I have seen the tremendous energy that people who work hard for art, education and dreams can release. I said in the interview that I look forward to being with such people. Maybe I left for a better return after the internship-I really saw many shortcomings and even meanness through the internship; I hope that when I have a chance to come back, I will be stronger and better. When the art museum strives to become the "Himalayan" of contemporary art, I will continue to pursue new heights in life. I sincerely wish Himalayan Art Museum better and better, and art education will be more and more deeply rooted in people's hearts.
