To test the nurse qualification certificate, you need to go to the training institution authorized by the local people's social security bureau to attend the training course. After the end of the training course, those who meet the assessment requirements shall be reported to the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau by the training institution. After submitting the declaration form, you can take the relevant documents to take the exam after passing the examination.

I. Application Process

1. Nurses' reports are not accepted by individuals, and can only be declared through training institutions, so they need to participate in the training of training institutions first.

2. After the training, if the training hours meet the application requirements, they can be declared uniformly through the training institutions.

3. After reviewing the application information, you can take the exam.

4. The nurse examination is mainly divided into two parts: theoretical examination and operational examination. The theoretical exam is a computer exam and the operational exam is an interview. The operation examination mainly focuses on the nursing skills of nurses.

Second, nurse registration conditions: different grades of nurses have different assessment standards.

1. The requirement of junior nurses is to graduate from junior high school and be trained by professional training institutions to reach the standard hours. Or have been engaged in this profession for more than two years and have reached the standard hours of training by vocational formal training institutions.

2. Intermediate nurses are required to have a secondary school degree or above in this major or related major in the application conditions, and can only apply for the formal training after reaching the prescribed hours. Or work in kindergartens, early education institutions and other institutions for more than 6 years, and reach the standard hours after formal training.

3. The application conditions of senior nurses require college degree or above in this major or related major, and they have reached the required hours after formal training. Or have been engaged in this occupation for two consecutive years after obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of Grade IV of this occupation.
