Frequently asked questions in early education industry
This "treasure" kindergarten is located in Tong Nai, Vietnam. It has a very grounded name-farm kindergarten. Its students are also grounded, as well as the children of the workers in the surrounding shoe factories ... but at the same time, this kindergarten is also rebellious!

How rebellious?

It is said that since Vietnam made up its mind to develop its economy, it gradually eliminated the original pillar industry agriculture, and vigorously developed manufacturing and service industries ............................................. ……(balabalabala, this is the background of national development) Therefore, in such rapid development, the green spaces and playgrounds where children can enjoy themselves are gradually abandoned. The design concept of this kindergarten is to give back everything lost in development.

The "ring knot" structure encloses three independent courtyards, all of which have lawns. The three closed loops surround not only three lawns, but also the sense of running safety.

In the reinforced concrete urban forest, the most surprising thing is that there is a natural paradise full of green plants around! Childhood, play is to have fun!

The point of growing vegetables is really the perfect combination of grounding gas and rebellion!

When designing the kindergarten, the design team planted lawns and crops on the roof surface, creating an extra garden on the roof. At the same time, the two ends of the roof inclined to the ground in the shape of a slope, creating a passage for children from the ground to the top garden.

In the last kindergarten, everyone was in running all the way on Early Education Avenue, for fear that their children would lose at the starting line, but this kindergarten let the children kneel down to learn how to grow vegetables, how to get close to nature, explore the mysteries of plants and experience the natural ecology. ...

I talked about the education of farmers in my article before-that is, let children realize the value of food and agriculture, and know how to be grateful and self-sufficient.

The purpose of this kindergarten is not limited to this. At the beginning of the article, I said that while Vietnam is developing rapidly, it has gradually eliminated agriculture, and children are gradually out of touch with nature. This kind of "rebellion" of planting vegetables on the roof of kindergarten is precisely to bring agriculture and nature back to the children's world. The word "don't forget your roots" can be said clearly.

In summer, many people will feel that "my life is given by air conditioning." Then, in Vietnam, a typical tropical climate, how can you live without air conditioning?

The farm kindergarten gave us the answer: there is a "small" green island without air conditioning.

(Note: Green Island Effect: It refers to the influence of green space on the temperature when the temperature in a certain area (about 3 hectares) is lower than that in surrounding buildings by more than 0.5℃. Experts call it Green Island Effect. )

According to the records released 10 months after the completion of the design team, compared with other buildings, the farm kindergarten saves 25% energy and 40% fresh water, reduces costs and protects the environment.

Long-term anxiety about environmental problems, but intermittent action, this is our common problem: we always talk about smog, pollution and greenhouse effect, but in fact the air conditioner is still on, waste gas is still being discharged, and plastic bags are still flying all over the sky ... After learning about this kindergarten, I even feel embarrassed-as adults, we may not pay as much attention to the environment as several kindergarten children?

From a small point of view, kindergarten is the place where children start their primary learning, similar to novice village, where they will learn all kinds of basic knowledge of future life and study; From a big perspective, kindergarten is the first step for children to get in touch with society. The concept of starting point perfusion will accompany them all their lives, and then affect the whole country and even the world.
