My hometown is Yichang City, Hubei Province, where there are not only the beautiful and spectacular Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, but also the Three Gorges Dam and Gezhouba Water Conservancy Project that attract worldwide attention. Yichang is a world-famous hydropower city, and the huge electric energy generated by the Three Gorges Dam is transmitted to all parts of the country. There are four distinct seasons and beautiful scenery here. The beauty of the Three Gorges has attracted many Chinese and foreign tourists to visit here. There are many specialties in our hometown, such as citrus, sweet potato, tea and so on.
