Misunderstanding of early childhood education
Through the data survey of 1000 first-line families' concept of early education, it is found that 80% of parents are still troubled by three major misunderstandings:

One is to ignore family education.

Many young parents underestimate their influence on their children's growth. In fact, children's values are formed in the family. Parents' position in early education is irreplaceable by others. Parents' role models are very important for the formation of children's personality, habits and values.

Second, early education is equivalent to learning.

Many parents regard early education as an early subject education. Children learn to read within 1 year, and learn foreign languages within 3 years. Teacher Xia believes that reading and reciting poems is only a simple memory imitation, and it does not represent a child's true intelligence and ability. Children aged 0-3 are in a critical period of emotional and language development. Therefore, the focus of early education is to master the order and laws of seven children's physical and mental development, such as language, intelligence, physical fitness and senses, adopt encouraging learning, create a happy environment and develop their own potential. Entertainment classes to develop physical fitness, imagination and social skills; Music lessons help memory and improve language ability; Art classes to improve imagination and physical fitness are more suitable for children at this stage than simple learning and mechanical memory.

Third, children are only suitable for learning a single mother tongue.

Many parents believe that learning two or more languages at the same time will cause language confusion for their children. In fact, every child has multilingual function. In order to provide a good language environment for children, Gymboree teaches in English. Teachers come from 1 1 different nationalities. Teachers recruited in China require professional foreign language level 8 or above, and they are caring. They have to go through training for 4 to 7 months before they can take up their posts.

Fourth, early education institutions are similar.

Early education institutions are similar in form, but different in concept, curriculum, environment and teachers. As parents, we should pay attention to two points when choosing. First, the curriculum should not be absorbed in one direction, and children should be given enough time and opportunities to express themselves. Second, all learning should be multi-sensory learning. The more the senses are mobilized, the greater the absorption and the better the learning effect.
