In recent years, the proportion of inclusive private kindergartens has increased significantly. According to the document "Guiding Opinions on the Identification and Management of Inclusive Private Kindergartens in Shanghai" 12 [20 19], the fees of inclusive private kindergartens are determined with reference to the basic standards of preschool education in Shanghai. Many institutions charge less than 3000 yuan/month.
