Insist that the top leaders of the party and government personally take overall responsibility and attach great importance to and support the development of family planning work. In recent years, according to the requirements of the central decision, our bureau has always taken the overall solution of the population problem as an important measure to promote the development of family planning work, and put forward specific measures around four tasks: stabilizing the low fertility level, improving the quality of the birth population, comprehensively managing the sex ratio of the birth population, and serving and managing the floating population. Insist on listening to the report on family planning work, and study and solve the key and difficult problems in population and family planning work in time. Since the beginning of this year, the Party Committee of the office has deployed family planning work many times, and put forward guiding opinions on key and difficult issues such as comprehensive reform of population and family planning, construction of family planning team, grassroots autonomy, backward transformation, and caring for poor family planning households.
